To share your dukaan that is online click on the share button and select the platform of your choice.
For all new orders, you'll get an automatic notification with the customer's details like name, delivery address, and verified mobile number.
To Accept the order, click “Accept”, and mark it “Shipped” when it on the real way to the customer, we will automatically share updates with your customers. Once the order is delivered, mark it as "Delivered" to separate it from your active orders.

Nice app, improve whatsappweb same dukaanweb so easy to add photo, typing and develop email address for customers support.and change units table ex : per kg = 1 (one table ) + kg (one table) , 100 g, 1 lits, 2 pics, etc.
Weight of product can not be changed . Suppose I entered one kg. And customer wants 1/2kg. The it is not possible for customr to order in software.
The app has become very slow presently.I can't generate the payment receipts to the customers at all though it was nicely done before. Share receipt button does not work at all. Please do something to solve the matter. Thank you.

I installed this App yesterday & added mystore & product into it, to test how it works but what a useless App it is - Today it is not showing that product - instead it is showing some error called "UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED", what a faltu App by KHATA BOOK, i dint expected this & another problems you cant even delete your store from it, if you want - 2nd "NO SIZE/VARIANTS OPTION" in it - which eats your whole time to upload same product 2,3 times. I just want delete my store plz help if possible.
Loads of operational issues other wise users friendly app. Option such as COD to be removed is not available. As COD leads into trouble while customer placing orders. And now online payment are must before products are shipped. So change of COD IS NOT AVAILABLE. YOU CAN'T LINK YOUR PAYMENT GATEWAY FOR COLLECTING PAYMENTS. VERY BASIC APP. YOU CAN'T EDIT PRODUCTS PICTURES. OR UPLOAD MORE THEN JUST ONE PICTURE OR PRODUCT DETAILS..MANY SUCH ISSUES DIDN'T FIND THIS APP VERY USEFUL.JUST VERY BASIC

First I thought it's very useful, but every time whenever I tried to add product it is showing , " an unknown error occurred ". Whold day wasted my time. Yesterday I contacted with team member through the number provided there and informed about the problem I have faced, they told me to give image of that " error occurrence " in WhatsApp. So I did the same. But even though they were "online" they didn't open my msg. Today again I am facing the same problem and tried to contact, but no response

Inventory is missing. Also if i same item with diffrent price then we should add seperate item. Also in a single product add we cant use many size option. If a shampoo is 100ml,200ml,400ml varient. It is Very useful app for any retailer. But in the app home page and catalog page is almost same so if you can give some space for uploading offer photos or some information poster on home page it will be much better than now.

It's a very good app to remaind customers about our new products and prices .the problem i faced is i can't add decimal in ruppess..for example I could write only rs 5 instead of 5.50.
The only thing i disliked is the my store customer support no. Of your company instead of my number. There should be a way so that my no. Should be shown instead of customer support. Its confusing for customers.
I liked this app very well! But there was having some bugs please remove it. When I'm sending this link customers didn't seeing any data on it. That's was full of blank. Another is when ever editing the details and enter the category. That's time no data of mine there . In this app we can't send any direct photo or many. It's have to take a time we'll. Pls issue the bugs or problem otherwise I will changing this app.

Over all app is good. But i will give two stars just because photos are getting so weirdly cropped that causes difficulty for the customer to view the product. That needs to be rectified.

Thanks for the updates. One more thing I have noticed that if a customer start ordering on the app, an OTP is a must for each order. Either there should be auto fill mode from messeges or one time login via OTP/ other method. And one thing more that repeated entry of customer details shouldn't be necessary step. As a whole I would like to mention that as a vender we may follow too many processes but a customer shouldn't. He should feel as easy as possible to make an order. Thanks

First thing its much worse than Other dukaan app which is not available at play store now. That other dukaan app's features are more than this app including Choice in colours and size, MRP & Selling Price and the most main thing - Categories thumbnails which is not in this app. These things make this app such a down app👎
Good concept but, many bugs While setting business profile I have added Business Logo 10 times but not reflecting, Business time not changing. Customer is not able to place Orders. Shows error. No Online Payment option.
Time and again the app is showing error occurred... We can't post, can't do anything then... For us (sellers) it's very disappointing... Please fix the bug can't tolerate this anymore 😡

Everything is good in this app. But selling online cannot be done without letting the customer know that how many units are there for a particular product. There is no option in the app to add the quantity. Without this, I think the app is useless.

There was few issues . One of the major issue is delivered charges . Plz add few option like delivery chargers as per kg or per pcs. we all use courier for delivery , and they charge amount as per kg.

Stumbles at the first step, customer getting a misleading notification "order confirmed" without the store owner accepting it. The notification should read "order placed successfully, acceptance awaited" and on acceptance of order only by the owner, the customer should get notification of "order accepted". Further, payment option not available, it should display "contact store for payment" while placing order. Awaiting resolution before setting up store, otherwise app looks fine and workable.
It is very useful for me. But the one thing I suggest that you should add a MRP options, that we can show to our customers that we are providing a good discount on MRP.
There are lot of basic functionalities yet to be added as below, 1. Delist/Delete Shop: If somebody wants to delist or delete his shop for any reason then that option shall be available. 2. Logout: I can't see any logout option if I want to temporarily log out of the store. 3. Order Limit: If a shop owner wants to restrict order limit then that should be possible for him. Eg. If any shop owner want customer to place minimum 5kg or 10 units of order then that option should be provided.

It is a good app. But needs a few additions. First & foremost it should be available on web. It is very cumbersome to add each & every product using the app in case of large number of products. Bulk upload facility should be provided.

Small bug.... @When we create Category and add first item without pic then it permanently make thumbnail of this item category blank. @when user see product, pic of image not shows as we uploaded (fit in your predefined size). Suggestion: @Please add facility of grouping of category (multi level category). @allow multi image selection for uploading.

Very good App. But need some improvement like invoice bill and no option for old order delete and also improve the sold quantity and remaining quantity. I cant see the how much quantity orderd or sold and how much remaining.

Great platform for small businesses, but can have a few improvements such as 1. keeping the address field text only (user input), because map sometime doesn't provide the exact name of the local areas which leads to confusion. 2. Ability to add multiply variants of an item like on the basis of colour or quantity. 3. listing the elements on the basis of names, so that all the variants of an item appears at same place.

The executive gives false information to retailer to get this app download and register. There is no stock order system in this app whereas executive tells that it's like "uddan" app. When you counter question them once you gets register then they don't have answer. It's just like collecting bank info and retailer data. They are using name of other app and getting their app downloaded with commitment that it has same services. I would like to speak to higher authorities of the company.

Great App. The UI is great. Partners like Paytm, Gpay, Lazypay and Debit cards, NetBanking required to be added which I guess will be available in sometime. UI need to have few analytics too. Like MSP and sales per hour etc.
I am highly dissatisfied with this app because after spending so much time in making my store app by adding products in different categories ,after two days i see that ,my two main categories of product is not showing in the app, they have removed without informing me. Nice app for setting up own online business . But need to modify in delivery and payment process as cash on delivery is the only option given . Need to include a payment link also..so that if any customer want to pay advance and cash on delivery option is expensive sometimes for seller.. so they asked for only prepaid orders but in this app there is no option to take prepaid orders.

I dont know why after every 4-5 days this app doesnt show the mapped product. Except dis glitch, the app is good. Sorry for the last review i gave, dat came out of frustration as i was sharing my products with my online client and the app was sayin dat i didnt map any products.

Dear Team, There should be facility to write the Punch Line or Note, something like that. Some writing area which be applied to all categories and some area in specific categories. A seller or shopkeeper should be able to write or show specific attention note for customers e.g. "Only Pre Booking Served" I hope you do the needful for the same. Thanking you in anticipation. Not designed for services and to collect customer data for services. Also there is no option to log out or shut your store. Seems you are stuck with them for life. Plus will know soon if spam messages start that they have sold my phone details.
Everyday theres a error in the app... Always written "unknown error occurred" Please do something. The app is good overall but there should be an option to tap on the image so that it can be zoomed. Image size is inappropriate when we open the image from the given link. Upper and lower sides of the image gets cut. Please fix that.

I guess adding an option for Paytm or PhonePe payments will be very helpful. Once available, you should start charging a fixed reasonable monthly fee from sellers for some paid services like leads etc.

In business category can you add "others" so that we can add more options.. i do home baking and can't find appreciate category to choose from. Thank you. I m yet to use the app so can't rate it's efficiency now but will do in the future if improvements are needed

Pathetic customer service. 1)No ticket number provided for the issue explained. 2)No one followed up from the team. 3)I follow around 5times for explaining the issue. 4)When asked for supervisor/managers I was told that none of them are available.
Nice app, still I am using your khata book app since long, some updates are needed as every customer likes to see some discounts in his bill. Please enter a field where rates are quoted. Two categories, one for mrp and other for shop offer price. It will be very helpful to us. Thanks 4th November 2020: Thanks for adding an extra field for selling price but it should be shown in products list send to a customer along with mrp so that he may able to compare the rates.

Backspace & clear option is very slow in clearing description in "Add Product Description part" in case its needed..make it fast clearing.make the product description box length large.also multiple selection of product option in image upload must be there and cropping image option is not as it should be as per our requirement..rest all are okay...plz do this as soon as possible to get 5 star rating..

Decent but needs some major improvements. First there "Add to homescreen" pop up keeps firing in the store front it's so annoying nobody would want to stay on your site. Locations should be saved, so user doesn't have to enter it everytime. No support for payments yet and the app sometimes just fails to log you in, there probably performing some maintenance but at least show some proper error so a seller can address it appropriately instead of a generic message "Unknown error occurred"
Now it needs more improvement,If we sell shoes and clothes in this, then the buyer does not have the option to select the size, And the payment also has only one option. It's very poor It doesn't even seem to be the basic of online store.If you really want to run this app, then at least provide the basic feature of the online store.
After spending more than 1 weeks,I realised the app is of no use to me. Shipping charges is flat which is not useful for majority of people. I asked the team to delete my account and remove my information then they denied. These apps cheats with customers database. Otherwise why the hell someone don't give option to delete/deactivate account. Pathetic, fake and poor.
Very basic. Needs a lot of improvement. It has only debtor data facility , should include creditor data facility also. Design and UI is also not up to the mark....easy to use and comfortable .....

Inventory is missing. Also if i want to add same item with diffrent price then we should add seperate item. Also in a single product add we cant use many size option. If a shampoo is 100ml,200ml,400ml varient. Then only option is add too many times a single product. Also in this app MRP and selling price is not availble. Kindly add these types of basic facilty.

I have faced below mentioned issues: 1. Logo and Search bar occupying 30 too much of main scree. Plz minimise it. 2. Very very limited space for details of product. Plz add some more space with some discount options also. 3. Also add some common space for general info like term and conditions, offers, combo offers, new arrivals or contact us etc. 4. App is providing very limited Payment options for the customer. Best about app. 1. Intimation via messaing is very good and quick.
Overall is good however few basic things need to be improved like allow to check who all has visited the store online and also add price range from to to. As of now u can only put one price rather than price in range.

This App keeps on getting hanged.. Also when the customer clicks on the url link it landing into some blank page instead of the product page.. When we click the link it should navigate us to the categories page instead of some blank home page.. Hope it'll be rectified shortly.

There is no options to change payment method only cod is available please do something about this.. And one more thing please update gps location system to get adress easily without disturbing customer so much and also product wise total qty. Which also help reduce my time of delivery location wise Please update as soon as possible

When we shipped products.. customer must get notification "package shipped" instead of getting "package delivered". And in my store, customer support number should be given with my mobile number.. Please fix these problems. Overall good app.
I added 10 catalogs sday itself today without my knowledge all deleted.. 1st of all today app d not open. Installed again installed,thn saw the 10 catalogs.. when I try to post something today option d bt works. Like product name,quantity options shows only kg.after I send help to costomer care through whtapp, all catalogs erased.. replied its khatabook,😐

Whenever I upload an image at the time of listing a product and save/update the listing, the resultant image appears zoom-in; simply going out of the frame which, somehow degrades the overall page viewing experience. Also couldn't find anywhere any option to resize the image in order to make fit into the frame.
I am inspired with your work for future india. I also wish you to add some features like to add bulk items in the form of excel. Instead of single item it saves time. Second is as some of them discussed to provide a write space as a note or remark to customers if in case any additional item to be added manually
