I am a aakash itutor student .The app is good but the problem is that 8-10 ads comes in per videos of aakash digital and also before opening any ebooks . The ads are of" its time to boost your course " . I have to remove 10 times the ads to open a single video or a ebook . Pls fix this problem ...

I am student of Aakash live scholar batch and on this app my itutor videos are not being shown and from chrome after 3 min of lecture it asks me to purchase the course which I have already done. After a long patience, complaints and emails to tech team my issue has still not been resolved.

Very excellent app and the teaching is awesome . This will be really helpful for the students in higher studies . Teachers are really excellent and they are very friendly . I cut kne start as the my social teachers slang is not understandable for me . And we cannot view the notes from our mobile . And we cannot watch classes in potrait mode in the mobile as the board will be blur when we use landscape mode it will be clear in mobile but it will be difficult to type

I'm an aakashian.No doubt that this app is perfectly designed,that itutor is also under one whole cumulative platform but I'm facing some issues in this app like there's no option to increase the playback speed & quality of lectures & also some test which I've given are missing in the test section.Moreover I couldn't find general queries section in the list which was there in the previous app.So,I request to Aakash digital team to fix this problem at earliest. This new app doesn't contain some of the materials that were present in the old app Aakash Itutor such as the weekly subjective test and the daily practice test. Kindly include these and the app will be full to the mark.
I can't open my live class it doesn't show the option.....its abt 12 min and its not opening...!!!!!!!!! Bring back the old platform

Teachers are amazing . But the main problem is one can not change the speed of recorded lectures . Which is a drawback I should say . Please introduce this feature in the app as soon as possible.
This application is very good and it provides a very good platform for students to clear doubts . The features are also good and app is also something interesting like not similar to regular other education apps
Better app than Others to study. But they can improve one thing that they update the app in such a way that online classes run on the app itself no browser is required for online classes because it requires a very high version of browser to attend live classes on browser. In my sight this is the only defect in this app.

This app is really good but when we go to watch the past classes it seems to be irregular way and there is no series wise chapter topic arrangement . If it will solve then the app become 👌👏 And also i want to say that the past classes of last month also not seem to be appear only prensent month classes appear so as if we downloaded the app recently then the classes that we had misses , how can we take tgeir benefit as they are not appearing in the past claases column.

Recorded lectures quality has become poorer. When I try to pause the video it gets forwarded or backwards. Sometimes my display gets closed in between, but when I open it again the video gets started again. Even the option of increasing the speed is nomore available. It costs me alot of time to watch one video.

I am a student of Aakash platinum course.I do feel that the old interface was better than the present one.I'm unable to access the live class forum which earlier I could do due to the weekend live classes.None of the earlier live class sessions are visible and the system is showing that no live class has been held. The previous test interface was much user-friendly than the current one!The speed of itutor videos cannot be changed & they cannot be stretched to view without grey background.
My experience has been great. It has an attractive theme. It is easy to use. I didn't face any problems while using it. This is really a superb aap. It really is a beautiful platform for Neet Preparation.

This app is very well developed in terms of accessibility. I like this new platform very much. But I am not that satisfied with test portal, as it doesn't give report about each subject scores. I will be very happy if this problem is sorted out and the previous app provided had better test report.

I am the student of aakash itutor, this app is good but in this i can't load the video and ebook just like in previous app for seeing them offline and if i open the ebook online it only shows answers not the content of the chapter which is very disappointing.

The new app framework is good but it works very slow and my all questions of "Ask an Expert" section is lost...I tried reloading on app and website as well but I'm not getting my posted questions....😔
Its is a very good app. Faculties start from the basics of the topic and then they gradually increase the level as per individual student’s understanding. This is really helpful for those students who do not have enough money for their tuitions. It’s a very low cost app according to me.
Technical team is not responding to our problems ,all lines are put on hold ,no replies to email just nothing.

This app is not even opening in my phone. Today is my first day and I can't even enter the class. All time it shows that ' Something went wrong! Please try again later ' It's very very irritating and now I am going to uninstall this app from my phone. This app is the worst app in the world.
In the recorded live lectures please add these features:- 1. Skip 10 seconds back or forth. 2. Give a choice to set a playback time (example:- 1x, 1.5x, 2x times faster/slower) this would really help when I want to revise the lectures real quick. Thank you. Hope you add these in future updates. :)
In recorded lecture there is no increasing and decreasing speed function. i.e many time wasted during recorded lecture.
Itutor platform was good as it was providing to customize the quality of video to 240p,360p,480p, and 720p and we were also able to change the speed of video to 1x,1.25x and so on.But now in this app i am only able to see video in 720p and with speed 1x so my whole data exhaust in 1 hour .Please fix these problems as soon as possible
Sir please provide play back spped in video lectures it is given in previous itutor but not in live recording video but in new update it is absent in both and please try to provide us two way audio/ video like zoom or Google app it is more beneficial for us

In previous app syllabus is displayed before the test but now we cannot see syllabus and we have to directly attempt the test in DPTs it happens

Please add a feature of switching accounts in one app. One more thing, please add a feature of video playback speed in watching recording of live sessions, students face a lot of problem without this feature, we will be able to complete our topic consuming less time if you will add this feature. Without these features lot of our time is wasted. Hope you understand.

Wanted to give 5 starts for teaching staff its awesome but there are many glitches in app and website recordings dont work properly class notes are never ever available on mobile app because of which I cant study anywhere during aiats the site loads too much sometimes due to it I miss my classes general queries opt is not available in app teach team never responds

Undoubtedly the best app for Jee preparation. The quality of lectures and the quality of sessions it provides are the best. Iam an aaksh live student .It is a good app, but i am giving three stars because in the mobile application , we can't click on the attendence area to view the detailed attendence report; as compared to the website , we can click on the the area to view the detailed attendence report. I request you to improve it by adding this feature.

Downloaded the app for my nephew who is doing JEE preparation. He liked it a lot. He found the 'Ask' section very helpful as Aakash experts are answering the questions and doubts asked by the students.
It is very useful lectures are awesome as long as it is free. When it shows free trial it is good for all and they can face competitive exam. It should be free of cost.

It doesn't support offline sd card. Don't purchase. I have purchased offline sd card for class10. They do not have sd card for android phones or tablet. Aakash team ask me to purchase windows 10 based laptop. I already paid 21000 for sd card. 15000 for tablet and now for laptop another 25000. Aakash is useless. Don't buy it.
I am an itutor student.. No doubt this app has better visual graphics but there is no way of adjusting the video quality nor we can download the videos to watch them later..... Itutor app was much better than this...

It was a good experience in live demo class. Proper 2 way communication, where teacher and student can interact, just like a classroom lecture. Proper utilisation of resources while taking the lecture, limited size batch, teachers are good, took doubts as well in between. A very good experience overall.

I am not able to login. Firstly i try to sign up that shows me you have already an account, so i try to login but it is not opening then i am uninstall the app again iam install the app but same problem reapting. Totally i am 3 times uninstall the app. I am beliving the app team solve my problem.

This app is way better than the previous app in terms of web design and display but I'm not satisfied by the iTutor facility as I can't change the audio quality of the lectures and the video player is too sensitive to touch . Many of the students have also reported about these issues.I'm an Official Student of Aakash Live Platform and I expect these problems to be solved as soon as possible. I hope the team comes up with these improvements . Thanks !

This app is more than awesome. After trying too many apps, I have settled with it. It is very very useful for neet students like me. Questions are awesome and recorded video lectures are helpful for after class revision.
It is just a worse app .first thing is that it consumes more data in recoeded video and teachers answered the queries after a long time .The exam also conducts from out of syllabus and it's very difficult to score high .The worst thing is that the teachers started the classes from middle syllabus .At least they should held the classes from first by clearing the basic things but they are doing the reverse and at last it decreases our mental confidence to become a doctor really it's a badapp

I will not take any subscription form aakash further. In 11 and 12 and neet preparation also. 😠 First they given me full access on itutor videos then they said sorry I will not provide . When I was taking subscription I was said clearly that you will access itutor videos . When I call to technical team they said mail us and your problem will solved in 24 hours. It's around 1 month any my problem didn't solve . I will suggest not 🚫 to take aakash subscribtion . And my exam are coming closer .

Hey I m using a itutor aap and premium student I m not able login in by using my psid and password whenever i try to login it shows no user found..I dont found this app being helpful for my studies

It's a good app for all the students including non akashians preparing for neet. Teachers are very friendly in clearing the doubts. But the faculty are teaching in Hindi. Some students may have language problem to understand. It's good to teach only in English so that all students can understand the classes better. So I request to look over this matter.
It's a good app for learning but It's bad thing is that mostly times when I seeing the video in this , it see to me the option for buy full course , while I have already enrolled in this course.

This is the best educational app for any student from the class of 9 to 12. It's the best app I have used for my JEE preparation, all my doubts were cleared instantly.
There is no feature for altering the speed in recorded classes because of which a lot of time is wasted. Each student should be allowed to play recorded classes in the most convenient speed, be it 2 times the original speed. Kindly introduce this feature as a lot of time is wasted in normal speed. It will be very helpful in taking a quick revision in comparitively easy topics.
I think it would be better if the live classes are done on the app itself rather than on the web browser for mobile phones (like unacademy)
I will advise everyone not to download this app. And don't even dare to enroll for coaching, it takes 24 - 48 hrs to even activate it, it seems as if we are filling offline form, the app is slow, the live class feature is the worst, video keep on buffering, sometimes don't even play.. I would suggest rather study on YouTube, I promise it will not waste your time and money.
The app is good but when I try to take the class in landscape mode, the audio and video of the teacher stops.

The explanation of the teachers are very useful, and the most imp feature of this app is the recorded session, but sometimes I cannot enter the class because sonetimes it shows that something went wrong, and that's why I can't enter the class sometimes.

Playback speed option has been removed from the new portal. Kindly bring that option back and also quality selection of video is not there thus it uses extra data. Kindly re-install this option also.
It was a good experience with their free live demo class. Proper 2 way communication was maintained where teachers and students can interact without any hesitation just like a classroom lecture.

Now, we can't even take screen shots of questions uploaded on forum and also There is an option to follow the question but even after following a lot of questions, I'm unable to see them in "questions I'm following section".

Im a student of 12th std. After logging in, it only the active tests of 11th std rather than that of 12th. Needs to be fixed this immediately- already missed one
Overall the app is very good, but the feature to regulate the playback speed is missing. It is must as it is taking a lot of time to watch a single video lecture. I request the aakash tech team to reinstall this feature In the app.
I am a student of Aakash itutor. This app is well devoloped. I liked it than the previous one. BUT, I cannot play the recorded video lectures in 720p oe change the quality. I cannot also change the playback speed. Its only 1X . Previously it had 0.25x ,1x ,1.25x , 1.5x , 2x. Video screen should be stretched in bilingual lectures. I'm not able to login at all it is totally dissapointng it shows that this app only supports from grade VII to XII but I'm in grade 8 only even today I tried to login but it's not at all getting in.... It's very much dissapointing

There is nothing good in this app I'm totally dissatisfied . I'm an aakash premium live student. When i enroll the class I can't able to enter in the class it only says something went wrong please try again later . Even in yesterday class i can't able to enter and also in today's class Such a very bad 😞☹️ app
