But it also had some technical issues in the middle where it wasn't allowing bookings for prayers. I am also not able to get a booking for Umrah at all since I got the App. And now after updating the app it keeps crashing. This is really not good, please kindly fix the issue asap In shaa Allah!

Some people are saying that the App is crashing and showing no active permits. This was happening with the android system only. You can ask your friend to open it on apple phone or update to the latest version on android and it will work.

I am trying to book for umrah but there is no single date showing in November December even in the next year 2021 calender. It should be maintained properly. And all people should get a chance for Umrah. Regret to give 1 star for an Umrah app, but even after the latest update, showing webpage not available while trying to book travel service before the Umrah date. Hope it gets sorted out soon, as its kinda denying those who wish to do Umrah because of a technical glitch

The app just got updated on my android fone and it's now requiring us to purchase transportation Ticket even when we don't need it. Anyhow, I have purchased transportation Ticket through my credit card and the money has been deducted however, it is not showing in my account in eatamarna app.i tried calling helpline number but no one is available. I tried to register through and always there is an error 106 that you are not registered on Taawkalna. Even though I am registered in Taawkalna. I have send emails and call customer care many times and lodged a complaint but till now the error is not resolved

A lot of improvemwnts are required. Pop up message should stay on screen. Error messages guidance should be available. When I touch permits or settings, app crashes without any reason. While booking for prayers, it says, already active permit available but in permit section nothing. It is very frustrating experience. I spent almost 5 hours on app, deleted and reinstalled, same issues always... For God sake, try to solve the issues. There should be an option to have alerts to know about slots.

The idea of the app is amazing.. but personally I think they choose the people who would go before you even think about it.. I was sitting with my friends and at the same network and tried to reserve one day for all of us or even each individual and i tried for anyday from day 1 of 2021 until 2022 still wouldn't work for me or my friend but the other guy who was with us using the same network had a lot of available days how come ? I believe someone is in control of the app and I hate it .

I have been trying to get through the sign up process through external sign up section but every time after receiving my otp it denies having registered to Tawakalna. Useless app I've ever seen, I've spend too many hours to get an open slot, once in hundreds a date show up when you chose it and also the time, Unfortunately error will accur or message will pop up there is no enough booking, Due to multiple attempts just to get my booking done I was blocked and now when I open it, it says the account is block due to multiple booking, however I don't have a single booking and now I'm unable to try for booking... Tried several times in last few weeks but can't book for umrah, (no slots). While other 3 permits for praying and salam were booked successfully. I'm a resident. On the other hand my family who is on a visit visa, different phone with data registration, I successfully booked for umrah 3 times and there are always empty slots. So it's not about crowd or already booked. It's about coding the app correctly. Developers should look into it.

Pathetic App, unable to find any Umrah slot after regirously trying for 2 weeks, no slot is available for any date not even in January 2021. Dont know how the Local Umrah operators are easily able to get permits/Tasreeh but same is not working for others. Also if you happen to see any slot by luck then there is a common error which dont let you complete the booking, same is commented by many people here. Please fix this issues, the app needs major upgrade and umrah slot allocation system.

I had the same problem other day. I went to Umrah and still app wasn't working. The permits are linked to Tawaklna app and can be easily seen in personal permit. You can still perform umrah by showing that.

I have been trying since one month to get the permit and am disappointed. I do not know if the app is really working. There is no proper guidelines. Better if a waiting list system is introduced.

It is not working with the gregorian calendar , I heard it works with the Hijri calendar but I cant change the calendar in the app to Hijri , it is fixed at gregorian and no dates are available. It seems to work on the iPhone.

To all those who are facing the issue of "internal system error" while registering and are not able to make account on Eatmarna, please check your date of birth on Absher. Enter whats given on Absher, whether in Hijri or Gregorian. In my case, the of birth is in Gregorian on my ID and in Hijri on Absher.

The android app is not working since two days in a critical time we already reserve omra on sunday and the reserve does not appear on our account inspite of being registered on Tawkalna and to get the reservation we login our acount on the Ios i phone, it appears and we shared it it just saved us after long travel from tabuk to Mekkah. Just a useless app. Whenever you try no slot available. But if you pay bribe of 70 to 100 Riyals, you can get your permit. Just shameful management. With the new condition of buying bus ticket its now even harder for expatriates to perform Umrah. Unable to enter the OTP and the app resets back to initial bus booking. Big flaw.

The team behind the concept and design of an app for pilgrims, surely have good intentions and may Allah reward them, however the idea is poorly executed causing stress to pilgrims. Good day, this is an excellent app if you are registered on the other 2 as well. New umrah dates and Rauwdah times are released on Thursdays only. So be on standby...from Asr time. Alhamdulillah we performed umrah succesfully using this app. We also had a glitch in the system but eventually it was sorted. I suggest that you take screenshots of your permits just in case. Also ensure esp men that you book your umrah before you book your prayer slot, if you wear ihram you wnt be allowed in areas.

The app having lots of buggs. I got permits for myself for prophets visit and rawdah and when i tried for my wife in campanions it disabled my account and now i am unable to login and aswell has no permit showing. Really sad to see this tupe of issue after trying so many days months and hours to get the slot .

Today when try to open the application its requires new update, after an update its requires log out. Hence unfortunately I forgot my password and when click the forgot password the screen open but after provide the User ID the country origin not opening to complete the process of retrieving the password. I really hope that this app can work well enough to facilitate umra easy for those desiring to go. I have experienced many crashes of the app... and even when vacancies are shown and I try to book... the app throws me out. After the latest update today 25/11/2020, the app is now working perfectly. I can see my Active Permits again. Plus, now i receive notifications for my next coming active permits. I love this app. Many thanks for those responsible devoloping this app. May God bless you all . 🌹

Not working. I'm trying to click on Forgot Password Link and then the app automatically closes. I get the Otp but cannot enter since the app is closed automatically.

I'm facing issue in the Eatmarna apps it is not open after updated the application due to my old phone number had been blocked. permanently and i didn't get OPT code at my phone because my new number not update in the apps. Kindly do the needful to look this issue and take the necessary action accordingly. waiting for your swift response.

Very bad app. It's doesn't work properly. I can't change Gregorian to Hijri date. Developer will you please solve the issue.

All day I have trying to register my self as new user but at the end it says system error. Secondly it tells to register on other app . It's not helpful .

Nice app. Initially, the only problem people face and give 1 star is the problem that it must have same password as in Tawakkalna. This is not mentioned anywhere and people got confused about the error. Further, it must allow multiple bookings with reasonable gap between as per policy to plan for future visits. After update on 2020-11-09 on setting buttons doesn't show the options and app quits, so nobody can logout and login again. This is a serious bug and should be solved immediately.

Before December this application was working fine. Now a days it require update and unable to use or run.

After the lastes update today 25/11/2020, the app is now working perfectly. I can see my Active Permits again. Plus, now i receive notifications for my next coming active permits. I love this app. Many thanks for those responsible devoloping this app. May God bless you all . 🌹

Unfortunately the application does not work, I do not know why they put such an application, it is always closed !!! Or it never opens! Sometimes it's suddenly stops, as a virus!

Very smooth app. I installed in one shot without any problem and booked a Permit for Umrah. All of that very smoothly. Very nice app, simple and 👍

Very bad application I have ever seen not for regulation But no more Exceptions when any error occured in permission , no support for app , no answer when sent for help via mails ,,, more more resilience required plz or stop permission at all we take this kilometers for praying not playing to see such interaction .. thanks at all ..To allah the complainant.. A lot of improvemwnts are required. Pop message should stay on screen Age limits should be clearly mentioned Error messages guidance should be available When I touch permits or settings, app crashes without any reason While booking for prayers, it says, already active permit available bit in permit section nothing. It is very frustrating experience I spent almost 5 hours on app, deleted and reinstalled, same issues always... For God sake, try to solve the issues

After i run app update on 19/11/2020 on my Samsung S8, everytime i click the Permit tab, application close automatically. Please help to solve this issue with Android Version 9 One UI 1.0 Problem only occurs with my Android Samsung S8. So far no issue from my IOS device.

The new update released 24th December is causing app to be crashed. There seems no cure to this problem. Developers are requested to improve this issue.

I am visiting visa holder, since 1 year. Visa is valid until 2020 December. I registered successfully in Tawakalna app. But i canot registered in Eatamarna app.!!! Anyone facing this much same problem.!!! its saying internal error. Admin, plz fix this one!!! Also give in search options for 'countries' , give typing options of first letters. searching and finding is very difficult.

Urgently look into the issue as we are not able to open permits tab after application updates of 19th November. Due to this reason I have given 1 star, after this issue solved I will review again In Shaa Allah. Jazakallahumma Khairan!

Worst app.after transportation ticket update. Paid 20 riyal for transportation. They deducted but no transportation was issued.... and couldn't issue permit through this app.

Well after completing the hefty registration process, I'm trying from almost 20 days now, but there are no slots available, even I checked for the months of the year 2021.

The app closes and crashes immediately after opening just after today's update. I have already slots booked for tomorrow, I am not sure how to get the slot details if the app is not opening.

After recent update the app is not working. This app needs lot of improvement. I had paid for bus transport service and after update it has disappeared.

I found it very easy to install this app only I was having problem for printing my number because I was starting with my number with 053 but this app didn't want me to put zero just the number without zero. After all I got this app success fully. Thanks

I paid for transportation services but still can't able to issue permit, niether it is showing me transporation nor I can book. I mailed them but no response. Nobody attending call either.

It never asks for the option of english language. Directly opens in arabic. Very difficult for non arab users. After update- Continue button is not working and I'm stuck! On android. L

I got the permit to visit noble rawdah in madina. Went there on time but surprisingly the app wasn't showing the right name of the gate to enter rawdah. Instead of showing Bilal Gate, my app showed Salam gate and the guard didn't let me enter the rawdah as the app was showing the wrong gate name. What a mess!

Haven't been able to find a slot for the past 3-4 months, yet my friend who went to an umrah company in his city was able to book a spot within a few days. It seems these umrah companies or hamlas are booking all the slots and selling it to people as part of package deals.

It keep asking to update the app and when I do so it keeps crashing !!! Now I cannot even see my permit on the app. Its so frustrating.

I forgot my password and when i am trying to reset i have to provide with my iqama number and nationality but nationality tab is not showing on the screen kindly fix it..

It was abruptly closing for few days and now updated again. Its saying session time out so log out and login again. When login username password wrong. Very good app. All those who are facing problem regarding registration first install tawakkalana app and be registered there. Afterwards you will face no problems.

After new update app is stuck and not moving from companion page to slots, before this it was working well till today noon.

Have received a permit for umrah but now when open the permit section the app crashes.. the permit is seen on my tawakkalna app but since only eatmarna has the qr code and details do not know if i can proceed for the umrah.. the reason for the bad rating is that there is no channel to address and resolve such issues. Email and contact number given go to noone.

While trying for booking I got message: Your account has been blocked due to exceeding the allowed number of bookings - 10039002 Where as I had not done single booking so far...

When press for issuing permit it shows message "10005000 there is no enough capacity" and this is happening on all dates and all time slots. also some times dates are visible and many times no dates are shown all grey and cannot be selected. Please solve this problem.

I had to format my mobile for some problem now I installed eatmarna again but cannot log in. Message appearing "error happened please try again later" after some time I am receiving message of confirmation code also on my mobile number. I have Umrah permit in 15 December 2020. Don't blame the developers, 1. First you need tawakkalna app registered (try to keep same credentials) 2. Try on Thursday between 3:55 to 4:30pm (That's how we got) 3. Take a screenshot (sometimes app gets force closure - like what I faced) 4. Immediately book for prayer permit in grand mosque following successful Umrah permit.

After the update, the app works ineffectively, which makes it very difficult to book a service. Besides that, I cannot see my valid permits and it seems that it disappears after app got updated.

The only problem I see That when I open app and click on umrah then it shows error happen please try again. I don't know why this happen since 10 hours. And not showing date in November

After registered they says register as a new user. Need Lot to improve. How a registered person again registered. Even registering they says that u already registered.

Good application. Very limited chances. Sometimes gives fake dates. When check the reservations, there is no way to return back to the main screen!! Hope to resolve this bug.

Unable to select any dates available from November 2020 to march 2021, all the dates are greyed out and I've already registered in tawakalna app as well

Won't allow option for English. Selected English but everything is in Arabic. Please fix bug for those who are not native Arabic speaker.

date selection method is very tough صعب جدا. months should change by swapping. always select again and again. and it does not remember last selection. there should also a current date button to reset selection to current month.

Application crashes every time when trying to see Permits. This started after installing update on 19th November 2020. I booked for umrah but unfortunately I couldn't access my permits.

The app is crashing when we are clicking on the permit section. I have a permit of today for Umrah and can't access the permit for scanning barcode at the check point. :(

I have tried to get Umrah permit for next year but it's not giving the dates. Looks like either all of the days are booked or they have an issue with their application, you can not book an appointment for next year July also. The app has been updated to the lastest version and now it's stopped working. There was already problem with appointment system which does not shows any date available if you get one by chance you can not complete.

If not accepting the original date of birth try to add jan 1 and same year of birth as per ur date of birth so that u can register..best app had a more chances to perform umrah and prayers

Multiple dysfunctions! When press "active permits" app crashes. In initial permit, which you are able to see only once, it shows weird dates, like 13. May 0026. At the same time, Tawakalna shows all permits, which means they exist. Then, after some number of tries, app is blocked. People at assembly point dont care about permits in Tawakalna but want to see Eatmarna which DOESN'T WORK. If you show them screenshot (if you made it right after you got permit) they look at the date and smile 😓

Honestly guys you don't know how to make an app. Seriously stick to old school methods as this is not working! Been a month and you have no slots for umrah till April 2021 when the country is closed to the world travelling in? Seriously fixed the app!

It's very user friendly app. The efforts for organizing umrah, prayers, visit to holy mosque with such ease is really commendable.

Dear Team, While applying for the Umrah permit, the app states issuing permit and doesn't move forward. Installed and tried the app in another mobile. And there too it's the same issue. Please rectify and honor us the privilege to perform Umrah.

Absolutely 100% USELESS for Umrah bookings. No Umrah availability even when booking months ahead. If you attempt to book an available slot the app states "no enough capacity"!!! Useless.

It's the worst app ever made. They are making fool of us through this app and it has updates that comes every few days which improves nothing. This app is only made for making money only not helping at all. Update again and again and get nothing in return.

I'm not able to find any umrah dates. Even after trying so many times. It shows "unavailable" on all the dates. This app needs to be fixed as there are lot of bugs. One can't book for Umrah, Can't book for offering namaz in Masjid Haram and also for Offering Namaz at Rawdah in Madinah.
