It is an excellent app in a city like Delhi where finding a good flatmate is difficult. You can also see pictures and even pay a visit before finalising.
The worst....they make u pay for a month and as per their policy, if u don't get an accomodation in that one month, they'll repay the first deposit, which I never really got back. I've put mails multiple times and they haven't responded to a single mail. Such ignorant people and worthless app.
I was trying to find accommodation. I checked everywhere and found Broaker only. In flatmate.in app I easily found space for me without any Broaker involvement. The good thing is liked about Flatmate.in is the options to select life style based profiles. Good work team flatmate.in
Reasons for why you should not pay 500 bucks to contact people 1. It'll be occupied properties and brokers are there with fake accounts 2. Once you opt for the membership and they'll say you will receive refund after 30 days which they won't obviously and you'll keep on sending mails but they won't respond to you 3. 500 Bucks is a lot to pay so think before paying 4. 5 star ratings you might see in the play store are all dummy fake accounts to lure more customers as you see all positive comment
You come to look for a room and if you want to contact the owner, it ask for money for premium membership. Which is fine. But mention the same befer registeeing into your app. Stop fooling people.

Very poor service and not useful at all. I sent a mail about refund and now after more than a month they're saying me to drop a mail. Do you guys really check the mails even?
Authentic company. Though I was not able to get a proper flat through this company, but this company stood by their words. They refunded the amount as per their refund policy. Though it took 2-3 days..but that was all because of technical problem. This time wasn't able to get a proper flat, but will surely rely in this company if anything would be needed in future..
Use nestaway. This app has Very less options, doesn't seems transparent, only 3 images to justify full flat, no free discription, hidden costs are not mentioned, how many mates are staying not mentioned this is a lack information app. Simply wasted my time. use nestaway

Horrible application They have the worst policies and services. If you download this app you will never receive any response. If you pay for the premium services, which will allow you to send messages, the money will go in vain. Also the policy states that they will refund only after a month. Additionally their email ethicacy is intolerable. They are rude and irresponsible. Hence, I will suggest please do not go for this app and genuinely search your needs in other trust worthy apps.
Didn’t expect this awesomeness from this app. Honestly I didn’t know that this type of app, which specially focused on shared room, exist. One of my colleagues suggested this app, and I was in desperate need of a roommate, so I gave a try. Within a week, I found a roommate for myself.

I found this app on a fb group page. As I didn’t get my requirements fullfilled through fb groups, I thought to give a chance to this new app. This app has impressed me. Atleast I found a roommate for myself in 4days. Hoping to find one more, before my plan expires.
I would request you to kindly update the restricted word option so that if in case a person asks any girl to be friend with benefits then there would be an option to restrict that person from sending such kind of message as this not a dating app I believe and when a girl wanted to abuse that person for his words then this app is saying please do not use restricted word. What a foolish app it is.

I can't think of anything you need to improve upon. It was pretty straight forward. I had multiple people contact me regarding the flat.
Very very very bad experience, this people are just doing nothing, this is basically a spam, if you faced bad experience so what do we do the same thing I did in the rating box I have mentioned whatever I faced , and when I asked them my refund this people told me to remove my feedback from play store, so I did because I wanted to have my money , again guys I am writing for them who are thinkingof taking this app, read my caption before you buy it. And then they refunded me half money .
It is a wonderful app to get apartment for rent in our budget. Their service is good and i recommend this app.
When looking specifically for shanti nagar flats this app is also listing out kormanagla flats. To contact the owners/ flatmates you have to pay. That's pretty annoying. In the least list out the properties in accordance with the area the user is searching for.
Don't install this application worst experience ever and even charge for everything and they do not refund the money not received the money.
You can use the app and you may found some good options but I honestly didn't explore that much in the app. I just want to tell you have to pay 500rs for the app but in case you don't get the flat you will get back 350rs as they will deduct some money for gst nd processing fees. Thy have this in their terms and conditions which I came to know later so read it before u spend money.

You guys asked me write an email to you.this was such a lame effort to save your already tarnished image on Play store. Hvnt received any response The most untrust worthy app ever. Plz do yourself a favour, do not use this app or buy any of their plan. Rubbish, dishonest ppl. Cheaters. I took 1000 rs plan for 45 days, their RM was not able to arrange for single enquiry and after 45 days when I am requesting for refu d their app says you have not purchased any plan so no refund can be processed.

Unable to sign up via gmail on PC. Installed app on my pixel, did not get OTP after repeated attempts and Resends. Frustrated.
I found an excellent roommate on FlatMate.in! He and I both did our due diligence in background checks, getting to know each other's personality, preferences, etc. He has a wonderful home in the exact area I was looking to find a place.

I can’t find a flat for myself but i found other people here with whom i rent a whole kothi. If you can’t find a preoccupied flat, just go to team feature and find people looking in same area you are looking for.
I found an awesome apartment in hyderabad, with two awesome roommates. It had everything I looked for, and so much more, and I can genuinely say that the search and move in took less than a week :-)

I loved the way this app works. Truly the best app for finding a shared accommodation. I don’t know much about other cities, but in Bangalore, they have good options in every hotspot.
You could have charged Rs 100 (as you said charges are for Quality Assurance). You're actually going in loss by charging Rs 500. Also, users have complained about not being refunded in case of failure. Consider lowering the charges, at least till you conquer the market.
Just poor service. Don't use it at all. If u r looking for flat or flatmate u have to pay money otherwise this app is useless. Also we have to pay to read the description.. To cll the owner .
Used to frequented all sorts of other websites, from apartment finder, to street easy. None of those have come close to the results I have seen with this app.
No tenet will react on your post. No refund will provided. No one will respond on your refund request. It's a smart cheating by Falmate, Google should remove this app or flatmate have to remove refund policy when it is not ready to providing refund

I had some queries and I mailed them, within half n hour I got a call from them. And my queries was responded in a great way. Very competent customer service
This app is trash u gotta pay to text people and if you think u should give it a shot by paying once because they're promising to refund then let me tell you THEY DO NOT REFUND even if you don't get a roommate and getting a roommate in this app is impossible af because nobody uses it. Hardly you'll get 1-2 active people, and they won't be responding or they'll have their own conditions. Don't even think about getting this app.
I really need option for less than 1 star may in negetive since these are cheat, they collected 1000 rupess and provided no support whatsoever. and when i complained they only reversed 500 and claimed that it is in their policy. do not install and avail their services
Very useless app,u can't contact to others until and unless u r premium member..in other words u pay they will cheat.
Dont waste money on this you might get a lead bt nobody is transparent about deposit and....and. ...THEY DONT GIVE 100 % refund back... they deduct some amount. so dont go with this app.. But if you want to try by give and dipostive amount you might get good leads depends on luch kindly ask the deposit first.
Earlier i had to give bad rating as i wasn't getting any revert from their side..i marked a mail on 14 july 2019 and didn't get revert till 15 July 2019 3 pm and hence i had to rate them bad However I got revert later on the same day. They called too for resolution of the issue which i highly appreciate.

My app experience was good. UI is neat and make it best flat &flat mate app but the thing is to contact any owner/individual they are forcing us to take premium membership. That's not good you can allow chat option for free users. Uninstalling the app not found any usefull for me.

Waste ,i lost My 500 rs money.you have to pay min 500 rs for posting your ad in this site, they are saying, if you not get roommate in 30 days then we ll refund the 500 rs.i sent 500 rs and I m waiting for response...no single response After 1 month I asked refund through mail, but no reply, simply they removed my ad.. Over. Idiots if you want money go and beg in the street, why are u cheating people like this.. I want my money back or else I ll raise complaint against you.i have proof for paid

DON'T PURCHASE ANY PLAN ITS COMPLETELY USELESS TO OPT FOR PREMIUM PLAN OR RELAXED PLAN ITS WASTE OF 1000rs. There are not many genuine contacts you can find. All are brokers from nest away, hello world etc. The sample photos are fake. Relationship manager will call you intimidate you with multiple calls. All useless properties they show. Better talk to someone reliable don't use this App

This app sucks your money&time. You have to pay for the premium while registering in this app and if you dont get any match, refund will be given. I purchased premium of Rs500/-. I have called and pinged many people but most calls are invalid. After a month i requested for refund of my premuim. It took around 14 business days to initiate the refund & i finally got Rs350/- only where rest of amount will be cut for GST and Processing fee for refund. All these details are not documented in the app.
