Worst service ever faced. Tremendous problem faced in opening an account, took 1.5 months. Now they are struggling to transfer funds. Don't open account here, you will face unnecessary harassment.

Excellent app. Would like a feature of points based Cover order and bracket order placement which can lead to quick order placing. Example a standard template of 1: 3 risk reward ratio. Then no matter at which level we enter, the RR template sets the Stop and Profit level automatially.

Provision for adding new bank account should be given in app itself, and verification work just after receiving request on utmost priority basis. Adding new bank account may be emergency for client, hence proper provision is required.Presently,client has to go to market for getting format printed, and then it is forwarded, Later it takes time for approval and addition, waste of time in this era of competition

Not happy with this app.Iam unable to add money to demat account and it's not working for SBI upi ,even though I reported this many times , the issue is not resolved yet .

App is good as trading platform. If u add margin fund required tab while taking trade on popup screen it will be easy to understand us how much fund is required to take trade. It will helpful a lot to traders.

Position exit taking to much time or very slow & also exit all positions tab add in bottom of chart so we have option while see running chart & same time we can exit positions in mobile

Sir while exiting a position, ur software is bit late to square off. By the time we loose Rs. 500 to Rs. 600. Plz fix it so that squaring off happens instantly as in zerodha.

User friendly app. Pls provide default quality in default preferences for order entry. Also provide default stoploss and take profit price based on percentage we select in default preferences. This will further reduce order placement time. Please add order execution alert as a tone or vibration. This will reminds us about order execution.

please improve app experience -whenever I watch market depth if screen turned off then when i turned it on market depth is freezed -on Friday night it shows only 1 day candle. In lower frame data is available only till last date -my suggestion on option chain is that we have to scroll down all the way to the spot price and some time screen got freezed what if you give us update so when we open option chain we see direct spot price. Please improve these i will be very glad 😃😃

Fyer users can save drawings on the charts. Its saves traders' time to draw support & resistance again & again. Unlimited watchlist & sector wise default watchlist is other benefits. Its edge over its competitors like Zerodha. 4 problems still exists - 1. Chart area should be bigger to view long term chat. 2. How many stocks user can buy should be visible with order form. 3. Screener should be added as it was in previous app. 4. Allow user to sell or place stoploss from position window

Worst app. It projects all wrong numbers ...cannot trust...need to improve a lot Now another update : I purchased some shares and after 1 month suddenly its not shown on my portfolio and when raised a ticket no response. Not a good platform at all. Now its even more worst... showing airtel stock price as 637. Actually its only 582...horrible wrong projection. Please please resolve these discrepancies

Really loving the Dark Mode in the app. It would be great if you add a GTT like frature to your platform as well.

UI is very comfortable and easy. It is fast. The best thing that now it is in sync with Fyers Web , so watchlist on Fyers web is also shown here. But one of the very basic but important feature missing on both Fyers App and Fyers Web is the "Set Alert" feature just like Trading view provides. I would also like to see the similar feature like placing GTT orders just like Zerodha.

Indices Option chain shortcut is not available in this app. Equity derivatives option chain should be displayed with futures. Fingerprint login option is not available, for faster execution fingerprint login option and equity derivative option chain should be provide. fund transfer gateway channel is very poor.

From 3 stars to 1. Market is live but charts aren't working. Fyers web is down. You guys are relatively new but this kinda issues will only degrade the customer confidence. Thrice the platform went down. After market when i called customer service, lady on the other end responded sir it was a technical issue now resolved, then hung up. That's it.

GUI is awesome compared to previous App...!!! But it's irritating that, without adding a scrip in the watchlist, we can't see the scrip value and OHLC etc.. another suggestion is, the chart button is very near to buy button..so give more space between the two...!!!

I would like to raise mainly on two things. 1. Support system is not innovative and still old aged sending email system that too not handy. I searched for almost half an hour to find out to raise a ticket or how to do. 2. Coming to option chain, again it's not user friendly. It's a basic common sense to provide current expiry date and inorder to buy any Call/Put, you need to add in watchlist first then only we can make the transaction. This is literally time consuming and not justified.

In the charts there is a option of "go to date" in Date Range, which is not working so if you want to see the historic data in perticular timeframe you would need manually slide and go to that date to see the historic chart. Even after giving feedback recent updates did fix that issue. When will this be fixed?

Fyers should bring 1) GTT order feature exactly as in Zerodha. Then only you will be best. Gtt order of zerodha is best feature. 2) No alerts feature. 3) App lags/ runs slow.. buffers a lot. 4). Off market time app does not work properly.Client ID ; XU00029

It's a app in mobile comes full screen but when we are going to browser the chat screen is too small in compared to any trading terminal feel very congested ... Didn't liked it

Overall usage is good.. But needs a upgrade in the areas... 1. Showing Margin usage whole placing order will be handy.

Both web as well as mobile app is very laggy, also there is no notification facility is available in mobile app for executed as well as squared off orders.

Chart can be see only after 8 am to 8-45 am . Previous analysis should be done yesterday itself because up to 8-45 to sometimes up to 9 am chart never loaded..Also go to date option is not working All others are good

This fyers loading on ordered scripts is dead slow. I cross checked if it is internet problem. But I'm to see live streaming on YouTube but not able to load ordered list I'm fyers. It's their server problem. I can provide video recording. This is absolutely fyers slow. Not able lo load or modify orders. Very bad n worst. Please avoid using fyers orders.

Flexibility of Zooming on the same chart is NOT WORKING instead it changes the scrip while trying to zoom in and watchlist do not open in the sequence I've added the scrips. Buy/sell buttons are huge for mobile screens and if possible, I should be able to place order on the chart itself (like we do on desktop). I cannot adjust price scale too, until then I can't put my capital on risk through mobile trading. And please show margin required while placing any trade like Zerodha. Rest its Amazing !

it would be really helpful if you could set the tab order in the order entry window. every time we have to click in and out of keyboard to fill the order.

3 months review: sluggish mobile interface. Does not fit into the screen of Ipad. Does not show pre market opening data.The problem may be due to heavy interface. One thing to highlight. 1) When we search a script it doesnt show the LTP, which is very important to see...i have to add it 1st to watchlist then only i can see LTP, would be great if we see LTP when we search a script (without adding). Immediately update version here no aniy route to change bank update online. This is very bad version. And also volume chart not show. Online update not something here. So very weak points. So very ..very bad app . Only time waist.

Need to improve a lot to get through a competitor. One of the best is the Fyers Web and chart jnterface which i prefer over other brokers. But there is lot more impprvement meed to be done on the app. Even for CNC still FYERS is depending upon POA. Other brokers have already worked on e-DIS instead of POA. Fyers are missjng e-DIS for CNC orders.

Fyers is growing up like anything another point to add is try too add options buy and sell at inside and optionn chain only it would be fast and easy to buy from there in ealier we have to check then add then buy or sell kindly put the atm and itm buying and selling levels to be shown fast early

Hello Sir/Mam, In "Executed Order" section of our Fyers android app, The average amout of Buy/Sell trade execution are always wrongly displayed then actual trader price. Please make currection regarding this in our app. Also we should get notification whenever our orders are executed. Better than previous version. But please add "Alert" function for Stocks & indices as well ..

Bad move! Your previous app was much better. There is no option to get the quotes data from the positions itself. Similar is the case with options chain.

When moving cursor the chart is running along with it.. pls update it same as TradingView, there if we double tap we get access to move the cursor.

Worst broker service out of few that I have used!! 1)Account opening took a month. 2)Suffered a loss because of technical error at their end as I was unable to exit position, called customer support to square off position, which took minutes to get connected. I asked whether I'll be compensated for the loss incurred, executive replied "have a nice day sir" and disconnected, Not even an apology. So .... 3) Poor service, they don't care about ur 💰 especially if it's a small account

Multiple bugs: Chart doesn't update properly. In Multichart mode, say 4 windows are configured. All 4 windows chart does not update. If I change timeframe, chart data doest update. In Watchlist price data doest update. Why peice ladder is not available in android version?

Please add one click exit button from multiple positions by long press on positions and basket order facility. Option chain to be more simplified and direct trade from there facility to be made available. Finger print log in to be made available.

Whenever we place order CO or BO , if it get rejected and in ORDERS Pending /Executed window the reason statement is HALF only visible. HALF is covered by RETRY & CLOSE tab. What I want to say is the rejected statement is NOT fully visible. Pls normalise it like Zerodha plateform.

GOOD to see Price alert and Exit all position on single included!. Please also include the following updates at the earliest. 1. Notification alert needed when a trade is executed. 2. Multileg option trade execution on one click. 3. Exit can be done for selected multiple positions on single click.

After using so many brokerage apps I'm finally settling at fyers app. Both the android app and web is very good. Web app is quite advanced and too responsive. The drag and drop is amazing 👌. Only one thing is missing. Please add margin required in the order menu when so that I can confirm the margin required and my funds are sufficient. Sometimes it happens that margin required and funds doesn't match and order placement fails. So please add this feature too. Thank u

Fyers is the worst discount broker. Every other day they have some new problem and the best part is they never acknowlegde it. They will always revert saying its workinf at our end, kindly contact us on support. And the joke is the generate ticket but it takes whole lot of time untill they think of contacting you. Worst broker. Save your money and go to zerodha or a full service broker like IIFL.

Thanks for resloving trend lines, but newer version has expand button in middle, why?! Sometimes unable to draw trend lines. Other than that, a huge step forward as compared to last app and others.

Improve the functionality of the app. It's lagging too much. Most of the times got freeze. Have to refresh it manually by swiping down to update price. Many features are missing as compared to other brokers platform. Till new features are added , meanwhile improve whatever u have. Recent search history should also be there. Everytime needs to search that's irritating. Option chain should also feature to add in watchlist or quick trade button there.

When, Entering in any trade.. Fyers will have to show expected margin required for that particular trade. It will be helpful for traders.

Why i am not recieved the contract note daily automaticallyb on my email on the day of execution of trade like same facility i have in my other demat account like sharekhan ,upstox, and astha .already dropped the mail many time to support team but still issue is same.They told that download it from App or from our server

The app is not compatible with mobile. Doesn't fit in the screen properly. And on tablet its the worse. Charts are blurry.

The cmp shown on mobile app is wrong. App is very slow. Complaining not helping. Because of this i miss out exiting at right price. Getting losses.

On 19.12.2020 my friend open a/c with Fyers.verey worst experienced for him Fyers mobile app is not open yet with client id they send.no responce from support team yet.Support system is very poor .I'm rethinking to open a/c some other Broker like zerodha, upstroke etc

Day by day it's gonna horrible. Terminal is very slow be it web platform or mobile platform. After placing a market order it takes 2-3 seconds to execute. Please fix this. Same problem at Web platform also

Had lot of trouble opening the account. Even more to transfer money. Absolutely sluggish mobile app. Laptop login is still good, but a long way to go to smoothen the user interface. Hope they will improve, will review again after some time. 2. Writing the review after trouble shooting. After tge initial hickups the account is working well. The platform is quite heavy though, would appreciate if detailed videos (demonstrations) can be provided for placing orders.

1-Why stock closing price is showing diffrent in multiple time frame. Need to update the same as soon as possible. 2-chart option size need to big for easy to use. 3- option chain is still difficult to use.

The components in user watch lists appear even after the expiry of series. These should automatically dissappear on start of new series in F N O

The application should have easy order placing mechanism like Zerodha has. there should be a facility to select multiple history or executed order and place it at once. Orders not executed during the day is difficult to be placed at the same price for next day as the AMO is not retained in the non-executed orders. Also, it would be great to have facilities like GTT so that one does not need to keep tracking price everyday.

The app is good it has good UI. However in their charts there is a option of "go to" which is not working so if you want to see the historic chart in perticular timeframe you would need manually slide and go to that date to see the historic chart. They have regular updates coming in the app. Hope they will see and fix that issue. If that is fixed then it deserves 5 star.

Poor customer support,my relative has opened account in fyers but email id entered wrong,then after continue follo up done, and more than15 days passed still they haven't changed e-mail ID, also they dont reply in email until you call them,now people can think how speedy online work they provide, they dont care about customer

New app is wonderful, the watchlist disables expired scripts which is a good thing, the UI is minimalistic and placing orders especially BO and CO orders is Hassel free compared to older app but not having a trailing Stop loss is a small drawback, the app integration section is interesting and i hope in future we might see more features, apps and integrations.

New update is good. Please try to improve more. Like adding on option of required margin for executing the order, notification or popup sound when an order is executed etc. Another problem is while trading options the strike and the date is shown in small font below so it's difficult to figure out quickly in mobile. Account opening process is same as other brokers. 3.I paid account opening charges of 472. Now it is showing as -472 rupees in my app balance. From the start of Fyers, it promises Price Alert Option... years passed, But never brings in to the action...just a reply "will be added in future" When ? No one knows... Please bring margin calculation option in order window to plan the trade based on available funds...

What's new in this chart? Same old trouble inside chat!Each time the chart's pattern has to be set.What happened to the dark theme? There is no index option chain.Chat window is too small Your old software had a main problem option chain and a chart problem. Which was open every 1min. When it works.. when it hangs.. don't know Chart not at all ticking... If we compare with other scrip Occasionally it works All the time close and open app in between trade's...in intraday leads to complicate situation

It takes soo for them to give the login credentials... Customer service is very very slow and improper... Was expecting a good experience with fyers but unfortunately I am very disappointed

Initially given 5 star but no app improvement in past months. Price alert missing. Option trading using app is pathetic. As i have add it in watchlist before trading.

I would rate it in negative, avg buy wrong every day, if LTP 100 then app shows 70, no fast updated of the rates funds limit childish, dos not show how is you invested for mis, margin or cnc nothing, i lost 4650 Rs. due to these reasons. Sad to say, plz go for other then this broker, because this is the second time now. Hope when they lose clients, hence they will realise.

New application is awesome, great UI...below are the suggestions... 1. Full size Chart window will be great, currently it get small due to bigger size of BUY and SELL buttons and overhead part also proportionally bigger. 2. If possible kindly add predefined watch list... 3. Heat map, volume shocker or screener. 4. Some time application get force closed.

No gtt order available.So my suggestion is plz introduce GTT order like zeroda in script for booking profit as well as loss.Also there should be feature to intimate or alert that script has an upcoming event say results or splits

Just a bit of feedback to the fyers team: I happen to use both fyers app (FA) and fyers one (FO).I still havent found the way to specify the time range for charts in FO. MACD signal (chart) is colored blue in FO by default whereas it is colored red by default in FA. This causes confusion to those who use both. The changes made in FO doesnt reflect in FA (watchlist). It would be really helpful if they are both similar and synced. Seems like they are being managed by 2 completely different co.,s

The platform shall facolitate trading with minimum no of clicks n 0 time would be best. Needs review. Trade B/s window is non draggable n covers the centre of chart hampers trading decision. optional pivot and market depth can be given. drop down seln consumes time. Think from MIS angle Option chain is best addn. If Buy sell chart info buttons are placed on LTP of CE PE, itll save time. A basket for multi leg incl future is must. Fyers makes available every thing that is required but too late. Commodities segment, Own DP, Unified ledger. So 4 star.

Best trading experiance on this platform.. best part of this.. 1- Chart is superbb.. 2- Technically very strong.. 3- Easy to navigate and understand.. 4- i have been never written anything about this platform eventhough, i hv been using for few year now. i happed to open an account with one of the other broker and downloaded the trading app it was keep an crashing every minute and every price wont update and the chat loading takes for ever and ever. So thank you #FYRES.. keep it up..

For option chain keep the spot price row fixed or something like show spot price when any strike price is selected

The new App is great as compared to previous one. The only thing I would recommend is that on watchlist page..Top section is empty apart from big font of watchlist. This blue section can be used for market overview like Nifty & Sensex Current price and % change. Rest all good. Refresh rate of app is slow. Also in executed orders time you can add secs, it would be great. Overall a great piece of work. The interface is smooth. The icons are something I will get used to with time.

Need more improvement in the mobile application. The page for Adding and withdrawing funds is very slow In mobile version.Sometimes the app is so slow that it won't load some scrips. At least you should add a price alert or notification for the executed order. Hope the team will improve

Very Unreliable.. Charts and prices don't even get refreshed properly.. This is a Stock broker app but not Cricbuzz app to keep refreshing to see the latest values. And Have the same fonts for Name, price and change in price which would be good for eyes. LOTS N LOTS OF IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED!!!!

There should be option in settings for instant order placement without opening order placement panel when ording from adv chart

Order placing took lot time, yesterday couldn't do and later price changed with big margin...unreliable app! Internet was not an issue as other app worked fine same time when Flyers was not executing orders. Still, If you think your app is fine then I have nothing to add here. Enjoy

Feedback: when I click on any stock.inside my watchlist it takes time to load the buy/sell popup inside the app. This can be solved by removing the chart from the popup. There is no need to display the chart when a person is buying/selling shares. It can be easily achieved by clicking "charts" button inside the popup. Please remove the chart as it is a heavy weight library and slows down the popup while opening. Thanks

Fab app from fyers. Very well sink between web and app. Please give a overall application dark mode and laylot black mode option separate. Beacause for me application dark mode is enough!! So customizable will be good. Also,expecting a biometric login along with pattern&pin. Will upgrade 1 star with desired upgrades. Good work FYERS!!

UI is improved a lot. Really great changes in the app 1. Orders history page needs to be updated more .price sold/ buy is important rather than LTP. Need to rearrange the alignment of LTP and buy/ sold prices. 2.App crashes first time . Second time it's coming properly. 3.Missing 30 days fyers challenge tab 4. Order placing page needs to be highlighted with important fields rather than gray out of the text boxes and dull text. 5.Finger print access would be great.

Good improvement compare to previous App but still some issues are there. 1.The drawings are not saved Automatically. I have to draw when ever opening the chart. 2.There is no option for setting default view. The charts are always opening in 1min candle. I trade in 3min chart.

Fantastic work done. I got exactly what I needed. But the trading positions are not live. Every time I have to refresh the app for getting current profit and loss. Live changes should appear on the trading position. I hope u will fix this issue. Thanks

Had lot of trouble opening the account. Even more to transfer money. Absolutely sluggish mobile app. Laptop login is still good, but a long way to go to smoothen the user interface. Hope they will improve, will review again after some time. 2. Writing the review after trouble shooting. After tge initial hickups the account is working well. 2months review Extremly unhappy with the laptop application. It doesent refresh and does not show the watchlist and saved templates next day

Some recommendations for improvement are 1.reduce the size of the buy and sell button on the chart or place it inside the chart so that the size of the chat increases 2. Add gtt order facility, fingerprint lock,price alerts and dark mode. All other features are awesome.Keep improving🙂

No order facility for long-term holding stock sl & tp Or entry oder for long-term buy, like zerodha 5paisa other broker having GTT. No price alert Mf holding should shows next to stock holding in fyres app. Yes it has different portal but holding of mf should show here in one app. Should have atleast one permanent non editable watchlist of nifty 50 or f&o.

Giving 3 stars bcoz 1. I'm a option trader and I cannot search options quickly. 2.Every time I have to add new options for index & stocks. 3. This process is time taking 4. & Frustrating in live market Suggestion 1. By clicking on any stock/index near call/put options contract should be shown and traded easily.

It would really help if Fyers One and Fyers App are similar and synced. Seems like they are being managed by 2 completely different co.,s. Fyers' customer support sucks. They don't call you back when they say they will. It has been 15days since stock split. still haven't updated buying price even after complaining. It shows loss when actually it is on profit. cant sell stock unless the DB team spends its 2mins on this task. Shows that it is just a free service on various levels.

Test properly before launch...now it's now allowing to enter without updating, and update is not working😡

I really liked the price alert functionality. It would be more helpful if it is also available on Fyers web.

Please make live option chain with quick order facility. This is my first and one of the best advanced platform but I think you should take a look at upstox platform for my query mentioned above

Very disappointed by service, it's more than 10days and unable to open account in fyers, representative are not replying for more than a week. Support team also unable to clarify the problem. Very unprofessional people and now don't want to open account and strongly recommend people to go for zerodha, upstocks or any other broking firm except fyers. Worst experience. Not deserve even 1 star rating.

Bad responce, very bad. My account has opened around 15 days back till now they didn't send my login credentials. When I asked their executive they says, make call to support, when I call to support they transfer call to someone else. Till now I haven't recieved my login credentials. I don't know how they are in these bussines.

GOOD to see Price alert included!. Please also include the following updates at the earliest. 1. Notification alert needed when a trade is executed. 2. Multileg option trade execution on one click. 3. Exit all / selected positions on single click.

Scrips added in watchlist not refreshing after adding. While in trade also price not refreshing in pending orders section. It is the basis feature which is needed for every trader. This thing need to be fixed. Except that every thing is good.

I am place limit order to sell one particular price. Price is not came to when i placed order and in system order is triggered. And i am booked loss... Worst system

No CPR in the platform. Fix the bugs. Sometimes can't add funds. Takes much time (fractions) to execute and exit the trades compared to other Brokers. Positions will not be shown for long time after Market closed, this will not help to journal the trades. I'm going to uninstall and I'll recommend all my trading friends not to use this app.

While using the option chain app should do auto scroll and take the user to ATM price. Also fingerprint access is still not implemented.

It is the best app I ever seen but if they add the history options or the Recent Transactions option then it will be the excellent app .

App got much better after updates..very nice👍🏽..one question though ..'a 'partial profit booking' or 'cutting position size into half' feature could be added!? to use while in executed 'BO' order? Also 'price alerts' tool would be so helpful! Thank you

App is very good but unlike your another app Fyers markets, this app does not have facility to draw / mark levels and save for reference.

What a poor app and pathetic experience! I was trying to add symbols in watchlist and was not able to because it was not showing me in suggestion list. After relentless try it displayed the symbol and i click on add. After that i returned to watchlist and it was not showing me there. After multiple attempts of refreshing it displayed but just symbol name. Price was not getting updated and when i decided to place an order in that symbol, the order screen doesn't show up. Position does not showup

Unable to add money via UPI id. Am not getting UPI payment request on my phone and showing blank RED error on your website. Facing this problem from last month

Support is too burst. They will deduct any amount they want and won't even clear you why it has been deducted.

Developer has responded to my review but I could not see it ?? So developer pls solve trigger price modifying problem in cover orders...if this problem solved we need not to sit in front of computer...as only trailing Stop loss is not working in this app.

Opened an account only to find BANKNIFTY options trades all being rejected. Raised a ticket, got a third class copy paste reply where I can make out the guy hasn't even read my question/complaint! Really bad forts impression. Also doesn't seem to have multiple/tabbed watch lists either...

Ticket was created for deduction of amount short penalty charges on 20th Dec 2020 #9755583 and was informed amount will be credited within 2 days but still now it is not credited and no proper response from support team whenever call is made they will inform is forwarded to concerned person and even no response from compliance officer only mail id and contact number is available in contract note but will not response, what is the TAT for ticket closure ? Fyers web has lots of issues ... Chart drawings not sync with multiple time trames ...chart data of 15/1/2021 not showing .. sudden Hang while market hours . please rectify these issues as soon as possible.

I am struggling to add bank nifty options near expiry & next expiry options since last 20 days, I surched in support, phone call & email chat didn't help.

Can't use full screen ( upper half screen) in landscape mode. Chart vibrate when i scroll price scale (in landscape mode). It crasses many times. Very very disappointing app. Can't add alerts.can not access option(strike price) chart on expiry day after market (3:30pm) to analyze trade.

Learn something from others broker like zerodha... They have beautiful ui.. Easy to understand.. Major flaws are: No biometrics login No sync of order between web and mobile apps. Also add some features like margin require to trade.... Add some graphical charts in lendger and reports... Make something attractive.. Easy on mind..

This apps sucks, No reconfirmation option for trading order placed. If you make any mistake by chance, it will be placed immediately without any reconfirmation. You will get huge loss. Please incorporate confirm option so that we can review what we are ordering during trading

No fingerprint unlock still old style pin. No auto screen rotation on fullscreen chart. Mutual funds should shows next to stock holdings. Okey if it is seperate portal also but holding of mutual funds should show in demat also... It will be easy to track multiple investment in same app.

Everytime use renko chart in mobile app, It doesn't load,, Always blank screen during live trading. If you can't resolve this issue why giving it as an option for renko,, Worst experience

Earlier -Simple and smooth app. Nice. Now- Positions- Orders load very late, + pointer on chart is missing earlier when we touched any point it showed( date,time and share/commodity value on that point), Modifying orders take very much time, open positions slide take time to load. Retore previous version for smoothness and reliability.

Fyers Mobile app is very nice compare other Mobile app👍.But kuch kamiya abhi bhi hain. Jase :--- 1) Slow network men kam kaam karta hai, Position ko Square off ke baad bhi show hota hai try after some time.isliye many times buy-Sell ho jata hai👎. 2) Buy-Sell ke time kitna amount lagega show hona chahiye. 3) Charts men drawing auto save hona chahiye. 4) Costomer support Acha hona chahiye. 5) Zerodha ki tarha GTT order ka option hona chahiye. ☝ ke baad fyers app India🇮🇳 ka no One hoga👌👍🎇😘

We cannot directly trade options from option chain. Each and every time we have to add options strike of CE/PE to watchlist.

Sincronized with web is good. App UI is good. More improvement needed. Not good for Option trading because Option chain & Option Greeks not available. Chart size should be increase. Full screen charts not available. Buy / Sell tabs on chart very big, which reduced chart size. Darkmode should be available to save phone battery. Overall performance is good, will be give more 🌟 if further improvement happen.

For God's sake make your application user friendly.. Data stops loading for few minutes,, we have to manually refresh every now and then.. Mainly still no update on margin required while placing an order.. Alert feature is still missing.. Please bring these features and make the app stable.. Then only we can refer our friends

Charts not working properly, many time charts load blank, without Moving average and also drawings not saved, when i seeing another chart and return to previous drawing are clean

Technical meter is not working by default it is going to 1 min time frame,there are many technical glitches on app,some where it's troubling the application is not smooth at all.

I love this version. It looks so eligant yet user friendly. Navigation is best among all apps that I have used.

I'm so disappointed with the account opening process. For registration, we need to enter an OTP which will be sent to our mobile number. Never once did I received OTP on my mobile number but only on my email. I don't know if they can't send SMS to our mobile number or the server they used for SMS verification is out of service. I feel like something fishy is going around the registration process. They're a SEBI registered online broker but their web service is not good for me. Maybe, it's a bug.

Even worst is better better then this useless application, support people just have one line to say will inform seniors don't know what there role is. Fp0019

I wrongly posted app review yesterday. Sorry for that. Hence this edition. App and overall platform is among topmost brokers in India. Matter is of weak and irreponsible support desk. Ive applied for opening an account a month ago, some mistakes were bought to notice within hour. Yet Customer ID-password not sent over mail/cell. Support dept just forwards issue to staff and tells us to speak on so and so number, with no follow up. Weve to call Everytime, new person speaks, but no results

Tring to sell holding share ( reliancepp) from last few days ..but after clicking the share ..... screen becomes white and no buy or sell screen comes...already spoke with so many times to call center but nothing fruitfull comes...no call back from IT team...

It is tough to handle when you are executing intraday as well as delivery order.you have to do something about that when you execute your holdings you can't be able to undo it. I sold my holdings and doing intraday as well and by mistake i don't know i cancelled something and that executed order again came in my holdings and i have to sale it on less profit.please improve this once the order is executed you can't do anything to it.

Things have greatly improved over the older app. It is much more easier to use, the order preferences is a very handy feature to use. Deducting one star as sometimes just before the market opens it has issues loggin in and i have to close the app and relogin. Fyers development team a very commendable job. Kudos. Wish you guys the best. Most of the problems have been solved with some small nuances. Editing to 5 stars now.

Need trendline alerts ....and also sometimes drawings on higher time frame not visible on lower time frame ....please fix it.... Overall app is good
