After the update the app is not functioning at all. The app asks for the CIF registration and remains there for a long period after sending a message to tell later that there is a connection problem. I request the app developers to resolve the issue ASAP.
Please fix the glitch in authentication process..... everytime I try to get authenticated it shows SMS sent & verifying SMS and comes the typical trademark of indbank application msg"AUTHENTICATION FAILED"---EVERYTIME(despite providing correct details and the valid SMS sent from the registered mobile number)
I have two self accounts out of which one is epurse account. I have been a regular user of indan bank app for the past few years and had not faced any difficulty whatsoever when using fund transfer mode for self account transfer. But after downloading the new app of indOasis, this difficulty is being faced by me. Will the app developer do something about it. How come it's easier to self transfer from my two accounts easily and not from the newly introduced app. One account of mine is missing.
Always connection problem and server problem it's irritating me, I couldn't transfer money ,no speed and it's taking too much time for everything. i m frustrated please go and check canara mobile bank app it will be very easier and quicker
When it works, the app works sooo well !! But when it's doesn't, it absolutely doesn't !! Won't even get pass the first page ! Please developer, fix the bugs...
This App is no doubt vast improvement over its predecessor indpay app. Automatic reading of OTP, statement of account view, nomination, medical insurance, transact history, debit card lock, nps, PPF, mutual funds, locker facility request, setting transaction limit etc r major improvement. But, indoasisapp is slow, also appear to be wifi allergic, difficulty in getting OTP , etc. Same time when I faced these difficulties, I tried indpay app and found absence of these problems. So low rating given
Poor quality app. Really. It's so bad it makes you wanna go back to the home branch and get stuff done.
Don't understand why do they need mobile data enabled to activate the application. What if the user travels to foreign country for a short term where he will have only wifi access and wants to use this application. Worst design. User should be allowed to activate with sms itself. Why do you need mobile data.???
What's the problem in this app. Can't open all time. Only struck in first page then loading loading loading...... Plz fix it. Irritates and tensioning when needs most.
UPGRADE THE APP AND MAKE IT WORSE. Since the new app has been rolled out. I have to bet on my luck if receive the OTP. Keeping this as my main bank account has proved to be a headache now. Haven't received otp for bank transfer since 4 days. Seriously frustrating :(

Sir, app is good,but one issue is that I can 't select SB and CA option while fund transfer from CA.Only SB account displayed. Pls. Resolve this one. Oterwise nice app.
Most of the time it's under maintenance or you need to wait unreasonable time, developers are learning with us I guess, IB management a merely witnessing
Why bank apps are not working properly these days? I have to activate my debit card when I go to bank they say to do it net banking and when I try to activate from net banking it says there is some error please try again after some time. Then I reported the issue to customer care they told me to use this indoasis app for activation but here it always says that connectivity issue please try again after some time. Last time I face same mobile app problem for other bank now its INDIAN bank.
It is good for regular transactions but we cannot have access to set standing instructions, daily spend limit for UPI payments. Frustrating experience during Diwali spendings.
The biller doesn't have enough options in mutual fund. I registered my mutual fund through internet banking but it is not showing in this app, so I cannot pay for that mutual fund. Other problem is we cannot pay bills for other bank credit card. I have to open net banking everytime to pay other bank credit card bill. Please resolve these issues.
It's interface is best compare to peer banks, mutual find NPS account can be opened now easily. Like it
Worst banking app I ever seen. Fonts are not visible after login for last three days. still no sign of fixing it. Not sure the purpose of keeping this app running.
After downloading I have not been able to register since. There is no one to answer.App to be removed.
App features are really awesome and works good, but some times its doesn't starts and the page is loading loading and loading till the mobile display goes off. Really annoying when you have to do urgent transaction. Please fix this issue.
It only allows to login through registered mobile. It should be based on some OTP thats get sent to registered mobile for authentication. Also provide alternative authentication option because sometimes even though sms is sent from my mobile, authentication is still pending due to server issues.
Very worst app, its keep on loading. Entering into the app is very slow, we need to wait for 10 minutes. Very frustrating to use this app.
A real time experience of IndOASIS is not less than any payments app in a basic view. It's really a great improvement towards ease of access & use. I loved it more than IndPay for its new and multiple options. How ever it has been developed according to customers requirement, still it needs few more improvements and bug fixes, so that it could be more appreciable. Good Work by the developer team 👏👏👏
This app worst... Am working abroad i can't keep all time my india registered sim my smart phone.. also here we are using always wifi. This one asking everytime to register if i changed sim card. I have to keep in my mobile working country two sim card job purpose and one data sim card separate and this indian sim card.. i can't keep this four sim card always in one mobile. How it's possible. Please rectify this issue. Other than this issue app was good. Please give a Idea how to handle this...
There is no option to apply a customer for a debit or credit card from the app, in Sbi yono app , customer can apply for a debit and credit card. I applied twice for debit card through the branch still I didn't get one. I blocked my old debit card and applied for new one , the bank employee said he applied and said come by after 15 days, I went to the branch but they said there is no card applied for my account , I said them I applied 15 days before man. They wasted my time.
Very Exciting experience with this all new IndOASIS mobile banking really it's very fast and perfect. I have finished my first transaction with in just 3 mins it includes installation of the app. Hats off to you Ind bank.
I am shocked to see the message as follows: "SIM card not found. Please insert SIM card and try after some time"....The fact is SIM card is very much inserted in my mobile....not able to understand...😳😳😳

More than happy but missing feature to control credit card. Or to provide dedicated app to control credit card. I've cards of other banks who have super advanced dedicated app. It's much easier.
There is a problem with signing up. Was not able to sign up in 4g. But can do it in 3g. So did it in 3g and now it's working

Ita not allowing even for registration. Keep on showing sms verification in progress during registration though good my network speed.Many timea tried. Really i don't know bank has tested before launching this app. Really pathetic and irritating. This basic issue could be identified if they tested at least one time. This simple event clearly shows this bank how muach adopting technologies and poor responsibilities. I will close my account from this bank. I didn't get reply after mailed ebanking
Highly efficient app. Can view statements, transfer money, give standing instructions. You can even login with fingerprint for hassle free login. Very easy and intuitive setup.
I tried to register myself in this app and tried 4 times but i have got that this message there are some connectivity issue, try after sometime. This is i am getting while tried to register through ATM card. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I am paying unwanted SMS charges every time.
Worst app ever. My Rd deposit disappeared from the app just like that. Neither credited into sb account nor shown in the deposit. Pathetic app.
Feel Sorry for this app. From the first day itself i am getting something is wrong error message. The UI is terrible. Hope they start looking at the real problem that is customer satisfaction, not only profits. if this service continues, there will only be 1-2 national banks instead of 10.
We need to maintain registered mobile number in smartphone which you install this app. Some security reasons some customers like me will not maintain registered mobile number in smartphone, in that case this app doesn't work. In this case what we have to do..?? , developers has to think about this issue. Indpay app is much more and more better than this, i am using Indpay since last 6 years, no issue i get.
Thanks to the steps taken by Indian bank, i have installed this app and find useful. While giving CIF Number for registration, number '0' if any at the beginning, is to be left out.
Indpay is better one when comparing to this !!! Application user interface is so delayed and lagging to the another screen. Beneficiary adding takes 24 hours to activate

Very fantastic & excellent app when comparing with old one. The old one was very limited task. The new one look & feel also great. If beneficiary edit options provided. Always I was thinking all other bank apps are extraordinary but indian bank was ordinary. Now I will say new Indian Bank app is super extraordinary.
Enabled with CIF and OTP , restriction of any wifi is secure but delayed in funds transfer, not reflecting in recipient accnt

This app doesn't show credit card status( Not added in the app) then how anyone can pay CC payment. This is major -ve mark and no one can use this rest is same as old one. old version is good as the one is with CC status. In the old one CC bill payment will not reflect. this is -ve in the old app. rb pamidi
Indpay best, comparing with this app. Not receiving OTP for fund transfer. Developer please clear the bugs. Changing my review, App working good. Updated app has same options available from old app. Please add features like downloading bank statement.
I am a registered user of indpay application. Now while trying to register for Indoasis application it's showing "there are some connectivity issues, please try after some time". And also poor customer service from your side. I have already sent three mails regarding this issue in last 7 days. No replys from your side
One of the worst banking application where need to attempt every day 10-15 times to get the login in the application every time the application sends the message and the there is error the the internet connection timed out and why is there any need to activate the application by only using mobile data there is an option of wifi where others banking application are working without any problem this is the worst banking application where ive come accross. Resolve the issue ASAP.
How will NRE use this App? You want to disable WiFi and enable mobile data for verification. Have you ever thought about how will NRE's enable it? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I paid Rs 750 to activate data roaming. Finally managed to activate this App. Looks good. Better than previous version.

Very often the app does not work everday. No use. It can't be depended when absolutely necessary. I have to go back to my PC/LAPTOP/ mobile phone and access the website.

Most important,So many our Indian bank customers are facing problem to register this app, in that customer not able to register app through sms, for that if you are using smart phone then you have to change your sim position ,from sim 1 to sim 2 or vise versa after that switch off and restart your mobile,now you try, you will be able to register this app through sma verification.......
Having to wait endlessly for OTP and then forced to resort to other means of payment. Someone please take care of the app. This app would otherwise spoil the goodwill of the bank
Worst App. Unable to transfer even after entering transaction password and OTP correctly. WORST of the WORST.
App is good, but it does not work without location access. Don't know why developers think location is required for banking apps.
First of all unable to install in mobile data, used wifi. Registering is cumbersome asking to use mobile data. After giving cif number twice the damn sms fails to register. It appears there is lot of problem the customer is going to face as happened while using ind pay and indian bank bhim app. The sbi is better in all respect while using mobile apps. Learn and correct/resolve before asking to shift to inoasis from indpay. Also inform what happens to indpay and your bhim app. Resolve ASAP.
If I am in Abroad where I cannot use my Indian SIM, simply I cannot register for this application. Also it is not possible to register If I'm using my sim in feature phone and would like to register in another mobile of mine. Indian bank is atleast a decade of lack in implementing the technology.
Please don't install.its worest app . Just taking 1.5rs amount for message, then showing error as kindly send sms for continue the registration. Please resolve this issue. Note I spent 6 rs for registration but not registered. It means 4 times message sent.
I had open RD last month using this app. Now I want to close the RD but whenever I try to close it and transfer the money to savings account it shows account not available. Even I logged the complaint but they are asking to reach out home branch. Then what's the use of mobile banking then? This is very worst thing with these govt. Banks. I don't know now how could I get the RD money into my savings account.
Hi, I'm unable to register this on my BlackBerry Key2 device (full android device). The screen stays still after entering the CIF number. This is frustrating. All other bank applications are working fine but facing issues only with Indian Bank app. Kindly help and resolve this issue.
Absolutely irritating app. Money & time both got wasted. It just doesn't verify anything but sending message charges are increased. It took 6 times to send message but no login happened. It asks to put WiFi off and after sending message it asks to check network settings. The app could not detect mobile data network while sending message. Really annoying and irritating.
Nice to access account details OTP has not reached in appropriate time and due this two three times we have tried for one fund transfer

Why does this app not allowing me to enter details and activate. Always throwing error message saying try again later. Why does the developer doesn't give proper error code for these errors. Getting frustrated.
Worst experience. Fails to login after asking to send SMS and taking CIF number. Attempted several times and checked that everything else is correct. Team should fix the bug as soon as possible.
Sir, after sms varification, in registration page ,after providing debit card details, it shows "Invalid Mode of Operation, please contact Branch.". In this context my mobile no. registeref in 2 sb accounts. Out of this two I want to use IndOasis app for one sb account. The result shows like that. Now what to do for registering IndOasis app for one SB account. Kindly help.
I love my indian bank very very much...I want this bank to be the top most in every thing...I use only this app... please please add credit card option in this app soon...I don't want to pay my credit card payment with any other app than indian bank... kindly add that option..
This app only comes with the registered number and does not come with any other number so I could not use this processor
Very very poor, set transaction limit in fund transfer is not working. I have set transaction limit once, now I can't change that limit , for there applications issue now I am paying more transaction fee.

I am not at all able to login with CIF number. Every time I entered CIF number and it shows error as unable to send sms but the message are there. Very poor experience i tried many times in last 10 days and every time balance deducted. Please don't download this app.
CIF NUMBER SHOULD NOT BE PREFIXED WITH 0 (Zero). Not able to register through SMS. I am using my registered mobile number and it is a single SIM Phone. Error says"There are some Connectivity Issues. Please try after some time". You have to enter your CIF NUMBER with out 0 as first digit to validate through SMS.
Really happy incredible app... Eagerly waiting for the new features like scheduled payment.. 1 small query while downloading statement from m passbook I am able to download only some 16 days... Is there anyway I can download full statement... But honestly excellent features updated in this new app.. thanks a lot Indian bank .
In this app System throws error is tried to open a FD from SB. Staff is a default category in the fd opening form. Transactions not visible in transaction history while some deposit appear in the m passbook. The old app had challenge in opening RD/FD etc was not possible. Same continues
I'm facing issue when I try to login using CIF number for first time, it says sending message and keeps on loading after some time it shows error that not able to send message and try again later. But when I checked my sent messages, I could see a message sent for verification purpose as done in IndPAY app, that seems to work fine while logging in using CIF number, but this app doesn't go forward after that and keeps on showing same error everytime. Very Bad experience. Regret using Indian Bank.

Worst banking app in this modern lightening era. Useless. Dont install. Nothing goes right in the first try. Even installtion is pathetic. Only Bill gates or SteveJob(though late) can help. God help those who install this
I couldn't register through this app. I was using previous indian bank app. While entering the CIF number and waiting for verification through sms, it simply showing registering through sms and no further response. So i unninstalled and again installed and give it a try again. Again same condition.? Why is it happening. So pathetic development of application.
This app is not easily installable. While installing, I was getting reply "network problem, please try later though 50 sms were sent from my account for registration. I don't think this app will be useful . I am fed up with installation of this app.
Does this app really work at all. Entered CIF number and waited for SMS two times, still sending SMS is circling. Irony is money got deducted from SMS balance and still it is circling. App developer needs some QA team. Work on the basics. Then you can ask people to use the app if it really works.

Installed a month back appox. Really worthy App. Setting the limit option etc. But today ( 01.10.2020), i want to change the withdrawal ATM limit, when we select account no. It gives "Generic Error". Stuck with amount withdrawal. Already logged online compliant let us see the response ...... Simple and clean UI, easy to use ....m passbook required some more work can give self note option to remember transactions easily, can make it as money manager (Self note, categories, income expenditure chart, inflow and outflow chart etc).....BHIM also can be integrated in this app only instead of seperate application
Great Improvement! However there is a small issue that I have observed. Upon entering the nominee details for a term deposit, the calendar provided for the date of birth field is getting navigated month-by-month instead of providing option to jump directly to a particular year. So if I have to nominate a person having year of birth 1965, then I'll have to navigate/keep swiping from the present date to the year 1965 month-by-month. Requesting the developers to fix this at the earliest.
Where is The PPF account Option? Now it is missing. Previously I open a PPF account by using this app. Branch manager say handle your account online only they can't provide anything from branch regarding PPF deposit
Worst app. It crashes million times in a single day. Sometimes it doesn't even recognize MPIN or MTPIN for which we need to uninstall and then again install the app which consumes lots of time. The app always requires WIFI for operation. It is the worst mobile banking app.
Why do I need to give location access to operate my bank account? It's really senseless. Without location access I cannot enter the application. I'm not asking for directions, I need to use it for my bank transactions. Get rid of the local access & focus on providing better banking experience.

I cannot make transactions between current account to beneficiary account. Only transactions done by savings account to others.... Kindly make changes to transfer from both savings and current accounts for make transactions. IndPay app did it.
The app is too much slow... Want to open app,check pass book etc. You have to wait for long time because its loading and loading after that it shows time out... Indpay is better than this but now it's not get login since 10 days...
Most useless app, unable to get past the first page of CIF number, its been loading to send the SMS for the past 30 minutes. In person experience at the bank is the same as well on activation of net banking, zero response and extremely unhelpful by staff....telling things like you can activate it yourself on the app when it doesn't even work. Its been more than 3 months now with no response.
Biometric option available only once in a month..when using mpin not accepting..try to reregister giving error unable to send SMS...worst ever app...not user friendly..
This new Mobile App is very good.All features are very useful.Only one drawback is that in Fund transfer , where remarks option have been defined & fixed.It gives problem to customers.Customers are unable to write personal note especially while making payment to Housing Society where Building No.& Flat Number needs to be written for the identification of the sender . At least "others" option should be kept opened to write such footnote.. Please look into it & rectify the same as early possible.
Authentication issues!! MTPIN does not work even on resetting the pin. New MTPIN works only for somedays and the issue is back! The login pin required is MPIN guys but pin reset sets a new MTPIN not MPIN. The app jst says login pin and this pin is MPIN. Please make it clear in the UI or the users will freak out with these PINs
The app is really gd bt still need to make some changes on this app. Always asking for location while Login in. While login in for 1st time with Internet Banking details unable to type Internet Banking password my password is more than 14 letters There is little delay while returning to the homepage of the app. Only last 29 transactions are showing on M-Passbook. Raise/Track Complaint is taking to the web browser please make it within the app. The app name is little complicated to remember.😞
Always suitable name for this app is " Please retry again after some times" . Writing this feedback after Tried many times to register my account but nothing happened. Keep on loading and app send more than 10 times verification SMS and with applicable SMS charges but not verified. App response is worst . Not even able to register and verify.
Team Indian Bank please fix OTP generation issue, sometime OTP is coming very late and sometimes OTP was not receiving at all, expecting quick response from your IT team.

This is the best app considering the functionality of Indpay app. Very good functionality and latest features. I liked the app. But this had to be done very first time instead of Indpay. Anyways atleast now you have come up with great app for Android.
While trying to register, it is showing sending SMS and nothing happens after that. I have good 4G speed, SMS balance. Please rectify the problem. I have the same mobile number registered with the bank.

I have an AllahaBad bank account and when I try to register with tha assigned CIF number it says the CIF number is invalid. The bank needs to rectify this immediately. I sent an email to Indian Bank but no response. Utterly frustrating.

The following features can be added extra in addition to the existing facilities like 1.credit card services under card services( statement of account download, Out of sanctioned limit to set maximum limit based on need,to block or unblock the card, Apply duplicate atm card after hotlisting existing card) 2. Doesn't allow to register in bootloader unlocked phone . Please fix it. Other payments apps are allowing.
I couldn't recharge for DTH. This app ask only 10 digit number. I have 11 digit number. Jio sim card couldn't recharge. Please develop this app.
Thanks for the developers for immediate response. I have receded with my earlier statement as the application is working perfectly. I must have wrongly understood the navigation. So the confusion. Kindly provide FAQs in future to customers before launch. Credit card locking is not enabled in Ind oasis. We have to sill use IB smart remote for locking credit card. Navigation will be confusing for some people. Indpay may be withdrawn in a phased manner.
It's taking too much time to open. In emergency it not use full..... Please solve the issue. That "Indpay" app was very good one. But this one.....
Worst app ever... I just set my pin and tried logging in... It says incorrect password. When I close the app and try agin it's starting from registration again.. Revisit this design and reply asap or decommission this app instead of the old one.
