I have received payment through upi qr code amount showing in amount to settle option from 2 days but still not settled in bank account. Worst app
Very bad experience with mobikwick because i did register with merchant account and i received money thru mobikwick on date 30 sept 2020 but still date 03rd oct 2020 i am waiting when my amount reflect in my bank account but i am surprising to see that my transaction is showing me on app in settled tap on date 2nd oct 2020 i am calling to customer care but no response from their side.
Bank account change option not show. Plz add this option. All other app show bank accounts change option but mobikwik not show.
Worst app ... whenever I try to upload selfie it's says something went wrong ...they are MCs .. leaked our data in darkweb and said this was fake news and here their app is also.lull.. mobikwik u are worst worst even than powerbank app
This is the worst app, it almost takes a lot of time to settle the amount and the Customer experience was worst, they could not even understand the issue properly and kept delaying it.
Settlement is so late and taking more charges intentionally, through card to bank and wallet to bank transfer, no customer care number is active and not responding neither via mail nor via customer care number. Customer care service is also rubbish.

After submitting Pan number, and when time to take photo of Pan, and click on next,, screen goes blank without capturing Pan Card photo...Hence Pan Card could not submitted. Worst app ever

There is no option to give this app zero stars, That's why I am giving this worthless app and their management people 1 star. They have taken my money and I am unable to rrach them through any of their platform. The customer care is always busy. There mobile app help section is not doing anything. Functionality of app is third class. Support team of mobikiwik even not resonsing over the mail. It's been more than 5 working days i did not received settlement amount yet. I dropped a several mail but not getting any response. Never gonna use this app again.

It's a fraud app. Don't install this app. It will not settle amount in your linked account. I am waiting of amount from last 3 days. Paytm and other merchant apps is good option They started charges without reason for accepting payments you pay charges of you receive payment from upi So always use Paytm and other apps They doesn't show reason of charges and charges value but in payment everything is free and Paytm show charges before accepting Paytm Mobikwik have too many hidden charges which is not showing to customers
Worst app. Settlement is so late, i received payment in my mobikwik wallet on 03/june/21, but today its 07 june 2021, still payment is not settled. Also no customer care support. They don't pickup call. I will never use this app.

Nice app it settle all my payment next day If there is holiday (Sunday or any other bank holiday )then payment settled in account next working day. This app work on bnk Holiday system may be . I had transferred 35,500 into the wallet thinking being a Merchant I could transfer the amount without any charge or even if charged a nominal charge charge for the transaction ..but to my dismay this app is a total fraud as it charged a whooping Rs 857 for moving my money into bank account . U need to be held accountable as u charged Rs 220 for first Rs 10,000 and Rs 357 for next Rs 10,000 and Rs171 for Rs4898..u charged different fee for the same amount..CHEATERS LIARS ..I AM OUT FROM UR APP
You are real fake, Every time you are fleshing message that you settled wallet balance into connected bank account every next day as auto mode, But in my case this is not happning also i raise complain no one reply or solving my problm..... Finally i got my amount after 1wk so im adding these 2 lines....
goood for noting applications can't accept payments rather upi, as already mobikwik has given payleter zip for many customers then why can't merchant get that from it. what waste of applications n i suggest don't sign up n disclose your personal data

If possible might have given zero. A stupid app which just knows how to deduct money every time you transact on it. I got merchant account with Mobikwik and is so useless as it takes away all my money no settlement is done and if you refund money and ask customer to pay again it deducts 250 every time money is transacted. Why no settlement? And no one to complain, no customer care and no response over email. Pathetic app will request not to use this service am still emailing them for my issue.

Useless app they are charging 2% fee on merchant transaction. 2% fee they don't refund.... I am uninstalling this app right now
Account is still pending for approval even it's 72hrs passed away, can't be 100% sure for the bigger amount.
Worst app payment is not settling to my registerd bank account event after 24 hrs. There is no complaint or grievance redressal system for merchants. Also while receiving payments from customers it takes hours.

This is the most useless app on play store and will spoil your business if you will use this app for your business as money will not settle to your bank account,it's more than 5 days I have recieved a payment of 36,090 from my client and I requested to settle in my bank account same day but it hasn't yet transferred to my bank account since 5 days,Moreover there is no cust support for this app So I highly recommend not to use this app for any of your business,using this app is loss to business.

I strongly suggest every one not use mobikwik merchant account. Very very worst experience. Mobikwik is cheating with his merchant. Beware of mobikwik fraud. It will take charges for your money. The app says amount received will be settled on the next day. But it is more than 2 days my amount has still not been settled. There is no customer care number to contact to and I have already wrote three mails describing the issue. Not heard from them still.
