The advertisement interfares with what we do. More gab should be between what we do and the advert. If it continues like that, bank transaction may be prefered for its quickness.
Does even deserve a star because this app is terrible! I can't login as it keeps refreshing back to the login page after every single attempt.
Not comprehesive, transaction poorly presented, failed transaction, not presented and reason for failure.

I hate this app cause ever since someone registered me, I haven't had access to my account even after several recovery passwords. Still cant access my account. Tried creating new account and was told my email is already in use.
Mtn deducted recharge 4 times when recharge successful wasn't indicated. That was too bad. If a customer was the recharger, he would have gone with #4k instead of#1k he paid for. Does business grow that way. Remember you made no reversal and no apologies for this excessiveness. Be mindful of the mistakes made to rectify within a short time before it turns noisy. That wasn't your first time.
Poor Network The owner of this app are so selfish that they only think it their gain and not of the users. Pls do not register even if someone encourages you, do not register this is scam.
Hello, I just downloaded your app, registered. To log in into the account was a big problem. After sometime, I got it done. Having paid a sum of #5,000:00 into my wallet, I received a message which was telling me; ”error- invalid account/in E-wallet(please enter referral's username and password)". I don't know anything about the referral nor the password. Nobody referred me. Please, what should I do next? Help!
Good initiative only that one cannot operate it when he runs out of data. Unless the person buys data outside it, he cannot continue . If there is a way the person can be allowed to use and pay after recharge that would be fantastic.

Worse app ever, hard to transfer airtime 😠... few weeks ago I funded and it didn't reflect, I emailed you and you said I should check my bank, knowing fully well that you have unsolved issues with the Providus bank. I've forgotten about that ...now, the "send money" feature isn't working. Like, why the hell would you put a feature that doesn't work?? Interface is trash btw.
I thought the app will ease the stress I was getting from accessing the site on browsers, but I was wrong. Any little thing I have to login again. Even after logging in it keeps showing the homepage instead of dashboard.

It returns to the login page each time i want to go back to the dashboard.. So i keep login in everytime.. Not pleasing at all..the two star is because the transaction is fast..
Let me not say I regretted downloading this APP and to have registered for Recharge And Get Paid. Since I registered I haven't been able to say Airtime, Data and Cable Sub, even for myself. I don't just know if the management is sleeping over the poor Network in their system.

It is not doing what I expected like money transfer and other things listed on the app. Only airtime recharge is going well

You need to improve extensively, almost five day now that I have being trying to do some transaction, I kept telling me that I should try in few minutes or I should do the transaction in the midnight around 2, up till now that was the response, kindly do something about it, thanks.
People please if you know what is good for you don't download this app. It's a failure and you'd money will just go. Their network is very bad and they are not doing anything about it. They are only good at collecting your money until they crah down for real and they are you will be left to hate yourself forever making the mistake of regarding them. Please be wise my people.
The app is slow, it doesn't process fast. Sometimes it takes a lot of trials before you are able to login, recharge or buy data. As a frequent user I expect the app to store or save my username and password but nothing like that, each time I have to input it afresh.
My experience about RAGP is fabulous because is a good business someone needs to embark on. The challenges i have is time and people were difficult to be confused but God will help me. Those that succeed in this business will continue to be succeeded and I can't myself to be part of the succeeded ones ijn.
