The app gets crashing everytime I open to order, even in my friends phone also the delivery charges are too high in our dental college, as we are college students we order everyday bt now they have increased delivery chargers and its too expensive for us.
Charging more than menu card and also charging delivery charges. In total very costly and no guarantee of quality.

Rates diffrent then restaurant. on aap they showoff of free delivery then at time of Order they charge delivery extra. during contact to sendme person they are saying offer is only for two days then why its keep showing on app they have to remove free delivery post from app. worst app Charging very high

Shows delivery will start at 1pm tried 10 times after 1 pm. Called 10 to 12 times on both customer care numbers but no response.

Food packing is not good they pack food in plastic bag delivery charges is to high here is no payment offers

This app gives notification inspite of mobile being in silent mode.. please give an option to turn off notifications.
Poorly designed ! You need to add some very basic features in yr app. Its such a headache that u cover most of the restaurants but doesn't show accuracy regarding availability of the food as well as no customization options. Also no tracking system. Pls upgrade
It is a nice app but should not take delivery charges tooo much..... sorry but that is the default, leaving it everything is best.

The app has been here for almost an year and the food delivery service hasn't been changed yet and rather has gotten costly, I mean extremely costly you can buy an item with that delivery price. There is no promotions, there are no offers valid even, as for the restaurants are displayed as closed but offers still running..?! at the end things needed to be looked after are, The reduction delivery charges since they charge more than menu, and some guarantee of the food being served is quality food
Some times fast and perfect But sometimes very irresponsible please do check some of your service and try to maintain it every time
The staff and delivery boy (in Silvassa) both are not serious about their job they mentioned 40 mins delivery time and it's been more than an hour and 15 mins. (If you charge 35 rs. For delivering food and takes this much time what's the worth..) Very disappointed with service.

Very slow service.. they write delivery time of 30min and takes 1 hour to deliver. And the rider also doesn't take up calls and declines the call

Send same notifications 3-4 times. It irritates as the bell rings 3 to 4 times for the same notification.
The restaurants complete the order within 10 minutes but the delivery boys pick it up after 30 minutes, food gets cold too, you should keep a rating system on the delivery boys too.
Its a worst experince i am using it from last 4 months nd now it says that the delivery cannot be due because they wont deliver in my area
Desr send me Your delivery is very slow. I had ordered the item and now more than 1hr past but till time there is no any updates. Its really very disappointing me.

I installed this app to get food while I was in Silvassa. It's a good enough app till Swiggy and Zomato become available in those areas. What's extremely bad is that they still continue to spam me with messages via SMS and WhatsApp. No way to unsubscribe.
The delivery was on time. I would like to appreciate the efforts of the delivery boy for latenight delivery. Thanks to SendMe. User friendly application as compare to swiggy and zomato.

Decent app. Rates are accurate. Does not have tracking facility though you can call and contact. A lot of room for development. All the best.
This app is cheating big time! Every dish costs Rs 20 - 30 more than the actual price in the restaurant. And on top of it, you have to pay Rs 30-40 as delivery charge. So, if you order 2 items from a restaurant, you'll be paying this app Rs 80 - 100 in total, while the app will show you that you have to pay only Rs 30 as delivery charge. This is the worst kind of cheating. At least let people know that the prices on your app are Rs. 20 - 30 more than the in-restaurant price.

it works! the app really struggles but it works. be patient and confirm your bank allows international transactions. I worked with support forever and they were super nice and patient to get the app to work but now that it does, the only remaining glitch is with my bank.
I recently made an order the delivery boy delivered the order i payed for it and he called after 30 mins my phone rang and the delivery boy spoke that the note of 100 which i gave was torn while i gave 2 fifty rupee notes he came back to my house to ask for the 100 rupees so i am not very satisfied with it me myself as a person wont give torn notes and i am damn sure that i gave 2 fifty rupee notes and it is also the sole duty of delivery boy to check the money when he is given unsatisfying

The notification sound in the business app has disappeared.Its hard to figure out when an order comes in.There was no problem till this update.

It's so nice but the contact me is not working don't know why, also I recommend to use Arabic with English.
The money is deducted twice from my account but order wasn't placed. I emailed the developer team and they responded the same day. The amount is processed in less than a week.
Writing special remarks for you order example - less spicy or something... Is of no use.They don't mention to the restaurant or hotels etc.

Delivery charges are very very high plus they charge for packing and there is extra charge levied on all food items. Just looting the customers because here we don't have enough options. Disgusting 🥺
It's a decent application over-all, no complaints in intended functionality. I've cut 2 stars for 3 reasons. 1) The User Interface can be much better. 2) The app has to be more dynamic. I mean rolling out live updates and also restaurants should get more control over how to present their menu. There is tons of scope for more dynamic operability. 3) Delivery Charges!! It's too much in comparison to competitors.

Worst app ever, worth zero star rating. With delivery charges worth varying from Rs 30 - 50, there is HIDDEN CHARGES for every item that you order from any restaurants. They list the item in app with more prise than the restaurant is offering. For eg: if a starter is of 100 in restaurant, in app they charge 120 and this is for every item and for every restaurant. I sent a complaint regarding it and they straight away denied it but if you check restaurant price and app price then you will get it.
Very slow service.. they write delivery time of 30min and takes 1 hour to deliver. I have explained this everytime I place an order. Why do you show estimated time when you can't deliver to it. Being in Silvassa there's no other option, or else would never use such pathetic app.

It doesn't take order of related restaurant and Worst part it that it doesn't deliver the food in my location & they take high price for the delivery & they didn't write there & give a list which restaurant is available in our location that can deliver. And they will call us and tell that the food can't deliver in your place. I think this App is really outdated & WORST. And now Zomato & Swiggy is available in Vapi. Please DON'T DOWNLOAD IT. It only give you Frustration nothing much it can do.

Very Good App for Local Delivery Just a request to add Veg and Non-Veg filter option. Also if you can add the little veg or Non-Veg sign on the corner of images of the foods that will be great.

The app should specify which outlet has the alternate payment option .Its quiet dufficult to find if the particular outlet has online payment mode rather than COD.
