How to run this game on PC or MAC
You can run all Android games and applications on your PC or MAC computer. Using a free software called Bluestacks, you don't need to purchase anything but games or applications it self if it isn't free.
- Download BlueStacks, a free Android emulator.
- Install BlueStacks from installation file.
- Now run BlueStacks and use the search tool of BlueStacks to find the Timo Digital Bank.

Timo is a waste of time. Not a bank, but tried to be a bank. In the end, ended working relationship with VPBank, and this inconvenience was passed down to the consumers directly instead. Stay away from such a "bank-wannabe" and stick with a real bank instead. Life is easier this way.
The worst banking service in vn bar none. As they don't have their own back-end but have to rely on the system of their partner bank, their service is unreliable. Unhelpful customer service, long processing time for errors. Absurdly high + hidden commission for wiring from abroad, etc. I had high hope before opening an account with them but apparently, I was dead wrong. Would not recommend this horrendous service to anyone!
Not only did the OTP not function and this app perform terribly. But the customer service point of view of Timo is that even if you were a customer for 2 years. You are now a nobody. I will not be recommending Timo to anyone.
Signed up and walked out with card in twenty minutes, decided on Timo after existing bank removed ATM near my home so have to pay charges to use others.. with Timo+ it's free. Transfers instantaneous... App really wells designed so far so good

I was able to create my account last week but cannot transfer since then! Edited: After a week, my issue still hasn't been solved, I could not do the transfer until just now, they advised me to remove and install the app, and it's working. However, learnt from them, transfer via the card number still, you could only transfer to bank account number. Still many bugs. Changed from 1* to 3* for now.
Updated: Hidden amount available but it's not straightforward as you need to go inside setting and turn it on as per the reply. It's not everyone will know it immediately at the first place.
I constantly have troubles with money transfer and bill pay. After entering the OTP, the processing takes too long just to fail afterward. I tried several times during the day. Hotline is always busy. How can you call it a hotline if it's not 24/7? A few years ago, Timo may have been the first of its kind. Now it's not anymore. Please consider scaling your staff and the app to match with the growing user base. You are driving users away with bad experience of core features.
I can't transfer money from Timo to Timo plus for weeks now. What an atrocious experience. A waste of time.

It's really helpful for pepole transferring a lot of money per month and withdrawing with toll-free any ATM around Vietnam. You should know that this app is under the development. So i can understand they always try their best, for example they were reply quickly my email when i sent any mail to them.
plz stop announcing đổi thẻ Timo gắn chip miễn phí. when i choose delivery address the app will say error báo lỗi and tell me to collect at Timo Hangout. don't over-promise. never any company go and raise customer expectation only to under-deliver.
I just got a new Timo Plus account (different from the previous Timo account), and the app is decent so far.
Love Timo so much. Free everything and fast transfer by the way. I'll always support Timo. Who said Timo scam or steal info cuz they got locked account haha. Poor them 😂😂
Got told i need to upgrade. The app refuses to be installed after 3 days of trying. Defeats the purpose of mobile banking if you cannot use the app.
I love Timo, English friendly and very helpful staff here in HCMC. I highly recommend to expats to give it a try of you're looking to open a bank account in VN.
Rushed app packed with bugs and error. OTP take too long to appear and the balance numbers take forever to update. I used to enjoy the old timo alot but if this is what the "new & improved" timo+ service that you're offering then sign me off. Rather go back to using other bank app from now on.
Cannot login I use same id and pass from Timo. Then it said: invalid. What's wrong? I already have Timo account for long time.
Absolutely horrible. Took me hours to finally log in successfully and when i was in, i had less than a minute before it kicked me out again. This went on for hours. Also I transferred my money from my previous Timo account and yet it's nowhere to be seen. Should've just withdrawn all my money and been done with this whole ordeal.
This app is great but it'll be better if you can fix the "economize" my money, you should let your user use the odd number to save just as 6.400.000 or even 6.543.210.
I want to thank the timo team for a convenient way to mange money. Some issues incurred when i switch from timo to timo plus though. 1) transfer time often takes too long to complete. 2) it failed to transfer one time during my use. 3) there is a bug when scrolling down payees list, it does not scroll smoothly, it just like skipping. 4) i vote for the old all purple theme from the old timo app. It looked cooler than the current one.
Really not dedicated for foreigner. Hard to set up for non native VN. That is problem with set up, installation and meeting. Timo original was cool and simple.
Wasted my time inputting all the info, the face id and passport id, then it took forever to create my account and eventually didnt even finish creating my account.
App not have document about steps create account,... Beautiful design, incomplete function. It's really bad
There is one bug i encounter many times since i use timo plus. When app is running backgroud and i turn it on, use handprint to login, and nothing happended, just a violet screen, unless i cancel and do it again.
Hello Timo. The first time when i start using this app i feel quite good, and i introduce this app to everyone. But today the event " li xi" suprisingly end without any notification, and lost a lot of money by introducing this app. Wow that is what a bank work right ????. This app and bank have no profession. Goodbye i'll never use this app. Scam, steal user information.
Absolutely horrible experience transferring timo to timo+, can't even move my money, the map is incorrect about atms locations
Bad experience! It takes me 1 month to take my physical card so i just do online transferring. I can't transfer to other bank account but just to card number and it keeps kicking me out of the app after I enter OTP. Unstable service line. A lot of bugs
App constantly requires imputing username and password instead of PIN. Really annoying and put user's passwork at risk.
I'd love to give 5 stars because Timo was great. Can somebody answer this simple question: When we live abroad, is there any way to still use the app? I cannot go to any Timo Hangout coffee.
